Introduction
The report is used here for the description of the basic concepts and characteristics
describing the technicalities used in cloud computing. For the description of the cloud
computing implementation the descriptions of the WePayU organization has been done here.
The description has been assisted with the help of description of a pilot project to be
developed for the organization.
The organization is looking to implement their solution on cloud and hence the
description of the cloud implementation of the organization has been described here in this
report. The physical designs and the logical designs for the cloud system to be developed for
the organization has also been described in the report.
Organization Overview
WePAyU is an application which acts as payment gateway for a various type of
organizations and the application provides huge cashback and rewards to their clients. The
organization is a start-up company who is looking to set up their application and also increase
their business on global basis. In addition to this, the organization is looking to take their
solutions online on the cloud level. The cloud solutions that are being taken into
considerations for the organization is hybrid and hence the cloud providers providing the
hybrid cloud services are being taken into considerations by the organization.
Solution Requirements Considerations
The organization is looking to develop the cloud system of an already existing. The
solution requirements to be taken into considerations are:
Longevity: The organization would be contacting cloud providers who would be providing
them with continuous services for around 5-10 years. In addition to this, the package obtained

from the cloud provider should be providing the organization with automatic updates and
automatic bug fixes.
Diversity of Support: The cloud provider should be having the basic information about the
working of the system that has been developed by the WePayU organization already.
Cost: The cost of the maintenance and up front implementations are to be discussed
accordingly by the WePayU Company.
Existing Data: The Existing data and the mobile application made available by the company
to their clients should be integrated into the cloud solution for the company.
Ease of Use: The developed system should be easy to use and existing staffs and customers
of the organization should not be facing any type of difficulties in performing the tasks.
Pilot Project Definition
Pilot research and testing are recurrently executed before large-scale computable
research, with an endeavour to elude time and capital being utilized on an inefficiently
premeditated project. A pilot study is usually executed on individuals of the appropriate
population.
