After analysing the nominated project proposal it has been identified that the
organization is primarily facing problems related to their traditional storage process, which
holds a significant impact towards the services of the mentioned organization. Followed by
this aspect in the proposal there several mitigation approaches has been proposed which
includes the incorporation of cloud computing in order to reduce the faults due to its
conventional systems. Considering this aspect it has been a determined to incorporate a
migration approach between the database of financial data and the financial transactions.
Followed by this it has been also proposed that a migration of data base is also needed in
order to migrate the data of offered services and the products details. Along with the above
approached system it has been also proposed to incorporate Employ Self Service system,
migrate the customer detail, updating of the current website by reducing the errors which has

been identified during the utilization of traditional system. Followed by the proposed
application the required resources are listed below which are essential in order to develop the
desired project –
Followed by the proposal to incorporate the cloud computing infrastructure in the mentioned
organization several resources needs to be utilized step by step in order to robust the
organizational infrastructure:
With the purpose to incorporate the Cloud Computing Infrastructure at first the
organization needs to engage one of the best cloud service providers which includes the
Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Windows Azure. While discussing the application of the
Amazon Web Services it has been observed this cloud provider offers the Infrastructure as a
service and Microsoft azure works as Platform as a Service (Copeland et al., 2015). Since, the
organization holds online services hence, it can be suggested that the application of the IaaS
will be more accurate rather than the application of PaaS.
Apart from the incorporation of the cloud computing service providers it has been
also noticed that there is a huge necessity of incorporating advance hardware resources in
order to support the cloud services which includes the cloud enabled computer systems,
Linux operating system as in has been observed that among all of the other operating system
Linux is virus free as well as more adaptable as compared with the others (Gupta and Rawat
2017).
Followed by the necessity of the hardware resources there is a significance of the
human resources in the nominate field ad it us highly important for the organization maintain
human resource monitoring while utilizing the cloud computing application in order to reduce
the technical fault. Followed by this object the human resources for this project is mentioned

Utilizing the Project Stakeholder Management techniques the stakeholders of this
proposed project has been classified into four different categories which includes the
Upwards stakeholders, Sideways Stakeholders, Outwards Stakeholders and the
Downwards stakeholders.
The upward stakeholders includes the financial supporters of the project which
includes the project sponsor and the investors of the organizations in order to complete the
project. These investors holds a significant impact on the success of the approached project.
The sideways stakeholders includes the external stakeholders which includes the
customers of the organization, governor, society as well as the suppliers of the nominated
organization.
Outwards Stakeholders represents the persons who holds stakes in the mentioned
project such as the end users, customers as well as the project manager.
Followed by this the Downward stakeholders represents the employs of the production
process which includes the project team, supplier as well as the project developers.
After the completion the requirement identification and the stakeholders identification
it can be stated that there is huge necessity of stakeholders management in the this scope as
incorporation Cloud Computing in the business structure holds significant modification into
the business application and services which needs to handle with technical awareness.

Procurement Techniques and Methods:
While considering the project development process and the requirement selection
process it has been determined that there is a significant impact of Procurement techniques
and methods. Followed by this aspect 6 impactful procurement techniques are discussed
below followed by which the one technique will be selected and depending on the selected
procurement technique it will describe the stakeholder’s utilization on this project scenario
those techniques are listed below:
Open Tendering Procurement process-
This procurement process represent a short hand bidding process in which the
organizations needs to bid on the goods they want to buy in an open bidding platform. In the
process of open tendering engage the organizations to locally advertise, the measurement of
the aim evaluation, offers the organization to be open on a large bidding platform in front of
every bidders. Along with all the above feature it is visibly unbiased process of procurement.
However, the mentioned aspect s are highly impactful for the procurement process, it is not
suitable for large organizations as the process becomes more complex and losses its
standards.
Request for proposal (RPF)-
Request for proposal is another procurement process which is popular among the
business services providers as via the utilization of social media the organizational manager
seeks the attention of the service providers by these sort of proposal. In this procurement
process the customer opts for best fitting the organizational requirement. After investigating
this procurement process it can be stated that this is one of the most impactful procurement
process as it holds the capabilities to analyse the good fit goods for the organization.
Restricted Tendering-

In the open tendering it has been observed that the bid was performed in an open
bidding platform however, in the restricted tendering the numbers of request is significantly
less which has been sent by the supplier to the service providers thus, this tendering process
is also termed as the selective tendering process. While investigating the accuracy of this
procurement process it has been identified that it selects more qualified services providers
which fits most with the organizational scenario. Along with that it has been also noticed that
this process is less time consuming as well as cost effective (Shojaiemehr, Rahmani and
Qader 2018).
Single Source Tendering-
Unlike the open source tendering process the single source tendering process is a non-
competitive procurement process which is only performed with in a specific circumstances.
The primary objective behind this process is to buy goods from a sole provider. The necessity
of this technique has taken place due to the below listed scenario:
 When only one service provider is available to full fill the organizational requirement.
 In case of any emergency this technique will help the organization while procuring.
 Due to this it is very easy to gather a detail information about the service providers.
 When the only one service provider is available at that time.
Hence, after analysing this technique it has been determined that this method is effective
as well as less time consuming and only effected on emergencies.
Request for Quotation-
These types of procurement methods stands to represent the process of buying small
value goods. This process is one of the fastest procurement method which reduces the
paperwork’s. This process is continued by drafting at least three service providers followed
by which it will analyse and compare with each other. After analysing the organization will

select the best fit service provider. Thus, it can be stated that this is also one of the effective
procurement process (Narula and Jain 2015).
Two stage tendering-
This is a two stage procurement process whose first step is quite similar to the RPF
method and the in second step it follows technical bidding. After investigating this technique
it has been noticed this is a complex as well as a time consuming procurement process.
Hence, it can be stated in case of any complex organization or in case of any emergency this
process will be not as effective as the others.
After discussing all the procurement methods it has been observed that in the
mentioned case scenario the restricted tendering process is more effective as compared to the
other process. I have selected this process as it has been discussed above that this process is
less time consuming, cost effective as well as provides more effective services to the
organization in order to deploy the proposed cloud computing infrastructure.
Followed by the procurement process of the restricted tendering the procurement
manager will analyse the best service provides across a non-competitive platform and
determines the best fitted goods in order to support the proposed project. Thus, after the
completion of the above discussion it has been finalised that thee restricted tendering process
is more suitable than the others.
