Introduction
This proposal will classify the usability and effectiveness of using the cloud systems
in commercial establishment. The reliability of this proposal will be very much on the higher
side as the proposal will be considering two different data collection procedures (Zeng &
Koutny, 2019). The next unit of this chapter will be highlighting the background of the study
in a detailed manner.
Background of the study
The use of the cloud systems are increasing every year as huge of data can be
managed in a professional manner using the cloud systems. There are three different
categories of cloud systems in terms of the hardware, software and the infrastructure. The
cloud systems which are increasingly used in commercial establishments are IaaS, SaaS and
PaaS (Xing, Levitin & Xiang, 2019). All these three different categories of cloud systems are
increasingly used according to the necessity of the business. Both the raw data as well as the
structured data are stored and managed using the cloud systems. Different virtualization
forms can be managed using different categories of cloud systems. There are diverse types of
cloud systems which are used to scale the data of the business (Wu et al., 2019).
Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability are the prime characteristic feature of each of the
diverse types of cloud systems which are used in the business.

be identifying the research hypothesis of this proposal.

As stated by Truong & Dustdar (2015), there are different benefits of using cloud
systems in terms of the reduced costs, scalability issues, business continuity and flexibility of
collaboration and getting the automatic updates about the management of the data which are
stored ion the cloud systems (Hwang & Yuan, 2019). This paper specified that sharing
capabilities of the cloud platforms are widely used by the commercial establishment where
data is considered as an asset (Hussein & Khalid, 2016). The paper also stated that
minimizing the cost of data management is one of the most significant contribution of using
the cloud systems. The significance of desktop as a service is highlighted by the investigator
of the paper in an organized manner. The deployment of different categories of cloud based
services is considered in this paper along with both the advantages and disadvantages. The
reliability of the app to app service o the cloud systems was also highlighted this paper. At
the same time, the investigator of the paper highlighted that both the data management of the

regulations which exists regarding the use of the clod systems such as the ISO/IEC 27018 and
ISO/IEC 27001 which are very much significant so that the security of the data which are

consistency of the primary data is more than secondary data however, it can be said that
secondary data has to be analysed before being considered in the research proposal.
Selected procedure: Both primary data collection procedure and secondary data
collection procedure. Primary data will be collected from an experienced IT professional who
have in-depth knowledge about the advantages and the limitation of using the cloud systems
using personal interview as a platform. Whereas secondary data have been collected from
reliable articles, and each of the articles has been selected from Google Scholar.
Sampling Method
Diverse types of sampling method like probabilistic sampling method and non-
probabilistic sampling method. Probabilistic method is conducted on numerical value, at the
same time it can be said that non probabilistic method is measured on the collected data
which do not have any statistical value.
Selected sampling method: Primary data have considered the probabilistic sampling
method and the secondary data have considered the non-probabilistic sampling method.
Ethical Consideration
The ethical consideration of this proposal like the protection of the data which are
collected from the personal interview and also the data which are collected from scholarly
articles. Strict ethical guidelines were ensured throughout the data collection and the data

primary data is selected was given enough time in order to answer each of the questions

Limitations of the study
There were lots of limitations associated with this research proposal in terms of the
financial management of data. Resource management is a very important challenges of this
research proposal which have to be maintained in each phases of this proposal (Ab Rahman
et al., 2016). Managing the time of personal interview was also one of the most important
challenges of this proposal.

The consistency of this proposal has been maintained using two different categories of
procedures at the same time it can also be said that quantitative analysis and the qualitative
