or the feasibility of the new my health record system, needed to develop and implement a
proposed new my health record system for headspace. The new my health record system is
aimed to provide a comfortable platform for addressing health issues among youths. This report
is then intended to be used in the following steps of the System Development Life Cycle
especially the design, coding and implementation stages. These requirements are given with
respect to a cloud based solution system which the headspace would like to use in implanting
their new system. The qualities of the requirements, the strengths and weaknesses of the cloud
based solution, functional and non-functional requirements and the System Development Life
Cycle approach that suits the implementation process are stated in details in this report.

In all the different approaches of System Development Life Cycle requirements specifications
for a certain system must be set first. The requirement specification sets the pace for the
implementation of a new system. If the requirement specification stage is well defined then the
systematic flow of steps till the implementation is smoothened.

These are mainly the qualities of a system that should be depicted by the health record system;
the metrics that make a system qualify to be referred to as a whole. The cloud based solution
system should have these properties/features/qualities for it to be considered to be implemented
as my health record system for Headspace health organization.
