Project Description
The project is based on developing, building, implementation and
installation of a Cloud Service Management software. The project is aimed
at the installation of the software within the office premises. The use of this
software would help the organisation in implementing the best form of cloud
management software to store data on the cloud premises.
Some of the business benefits based on the usage of the software are:
Management of internal data of the company
Managing the security of cloud based systems based on
encryption
Managing the backup and restoration services of internal data
The deliverables based on the implementation of cloud management software
are:
Cloud integration with on-premises network
Service management based on Microsoft, Google, Dropbox,
SharePoint and One drive
Implementation of Microsoft Office 365, migration and further
management
In order to gain clear visibility about the acceptance criteria over the project,
the project should hold the responsibility to look into each of the aspects. The
project manager should list out certain criteria’s based on acceptance of each
stage of the project. Based on the acceptance over each of the aspects of the
project, the further works of implementation would be defined.
The out of scope items that would not be covered within the project are –
project baseline description, feasibility study, set expectations and project
charter.
The schedule of the project would only be available to the project manager.
They would only be responsible for guiding the entire project team throughout
the entire project.
The time for the development and other works over the project would only be
performed from 8 AM to 5:30 PM. No form of further assistance would be
available after the mentioned time period.
The budget allocated for the project is limited. The project would thus have
to complete the development activities within the sponsored costs.
The project would be completed as per the estimated project schedule.
The project would be completed within the estimated budget.
The project would be completed with the pre-allocated resources approved
by the project sponsor and management team.
