Introduction
The combination of software model and the infrastructure of the computing devices that
provides universal access to the polls that are shared in the configured resources such as servers,
applications, services, computer networks and storages is known as Cloud computing (Liu et al.,
2015). This cloud computing can be done by very less management effort that is done with the
help of internet. Sharing of the resources, storing online information and computing them are the
work of cloud computing process that is based on internet. Some particular functions are
performed by cloud computing that does not need to invest and purchase the resources of the
company. The processing and storing of data of the user or enterprise that has various computing
abilities are done by Cloud Computing. This is done in clouds that are owned privately or other
third party server that are located different places so that the data are accessible more reliably
and efficiently. Cloud Computing depends on resource sharing to get economy of scale and
coherence.
This report gives an idea about the IaaS approach of Webb’s database to cloud and a
PaaS approach of the enterprise. Comparison of IaaS and PaaS is elaborated describing its
advantages and disadvantages of both. Lastly such an approach is recommended that is best
suitable for the Webb Store that has data centers in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney.
Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) Approach to Change Webb’s Database to Cloud
To change the Webb’s Store to cloud using the IaaS approach, the Webb store to make an
application and upload all the software of the enterprise that are needed to be run on cloud. The
VM is uploaded to host environment (Bruneo, 2014). If reengineering of the application is not

possible for Webb store, the approach of IaaS is the best solution for Webb Store. The
technology domain of Webb Store is considered while changing its system to cloud. Changing its
infrastructure to IaaS, the Webb Store must check its financial part first. Itherwise the enterprise
may face problem in future. The virtual machines are fully accessed by the approach of IaaS. The
dynamic requirement of resources and the amount of data stream are essential to change the
infrastructure to IaaS.
Platform as a service (PaaS) Approach to Change Webb’s Database to Cloud
For the development of applications through internet by accessing hardware and software
is a model of PaaS. The efficiencies that are needed to deliver and develop the software is
provided by the Webb Store. This will enhance them to make a structure that is based on cloud
application and discharge the structure to a scalable and elastic environment (Pahl, 2015). An
Azure Web Application and an Database of Azure SQL is needed to configure in order to change
the Webb database to PaaS approach cloud. The VM server has to be accessed by the enterprise
(Kavis, 2014). A comparative study is done between the IaaS and PaaS approach.

Store is suggested to use this approach as to change its database to cloud. This Paas approach has
resource and storage sharing efficiency. It can be configured very easily, scalable and cost
effective. The PaaS Approach is also needs less time consumption.
Conclusions
The definition of cloud computing is elaborated in this report. Two methods of cloud
computing has been discussed which includes PaaS and IaaS Approach. The consecutive results
of using both the approaches in the Webb Store have been discussed. A comparative study of
advantages and the disadvantages of IaaS and PaaS are also studied and the best approach is
recommended for Webb Store in the recommendation section.
