Digital age is also refer the information age, which is a shift or the transformation
from the industrial production to information and computerisation. How people interact with
businesses and each other. This include the different kind of skills that help an individual to
become successful in their specific field. This will describe the cloud computing and cloud
storage. This file will further explain the different types of the cloud with the suitability to
current businesses. Lastly in this file difference between privacy and security will be included
and how to achieve cloud and company's cloud to be private and secured.

Cloud computing can be refer to the providing the various facilities, with the help of the
internet. This include the different resources such as storing of the data, data base, software and
different networking models. This is the services, that instead of keeping information and photos
on the personal any storage devices , cloud computing make it enable give the facility to save
data over the internet in remote location. As the cloud computing model the very well known
system among the people now a days and also for the businesses for the number of reasons
which are, helps to reduce the cost, helps to increase the working efficiency of the employees,
performance via keeping of the important data and files (Rittinghouse and Ransome, 2016). It
has the cloud because the information which is being accessed by the user can be locate and use
their data when they want in the cloud or in a virtual place. Companies that provide the storing
service to their employees, also make enable their employees to save their data and information
and application on the server & then employees can access all their data and files over the
internet. This mean users don't need to go on specific place to looking for their data to access it,
allowing them to work together. Cloud computing system take all the large size data and
information away from the individual to carry with them then sit and work at. It also move all
the data from the huge computer cluster far away in the cyberspace. Cloud computing services
can provide the different kind of services which include the different function which are:

backup and storage of the data

Cloud computing may be public and private both. Public cloud system helps to provide
with the help of the internet, some time free to the general people. free (Almorsy, Grundy and
Müller, 2016). Private cloud service, may give this service to some number of the employee in
the organisation.
Cloud storage is the model of the cloud computing. which data is being saved and safe on
the remote location and can be used when needed with having the internet. It is operated by the
cloud storage service provider, which is being build over the virtualisation techniques. This
cloud storage is also known as the utility storage and also known as the storage of the data online
in the cloud (Stergiou and et.al., 2018). This cloud storage provide the great facility to their users
by giving them accessibility and reliability and the strong and safeguarding of the data and
information.
There are number of the benefits by having the cloud storage, file can be used and found
any time is notable. data which are safe in the storage can be used any time at any place but
individual need to have internet access. Another facility which is being provide by using cloud
storage provide the off sites (remote) backup to the organisation which help to reduce the cost,
which associated with the disaster recovery of the data.
Ensuring the all the critical and important data is safe & secure and can be found when
they needed , some fundamentals that increase the requirement to storing the data at cloud
storage. Such as durability, availability and security to the data that make the essential
requirement of the cloud-storage.
There are different kind of the cloud computing that ensure the employees of the
organisation to their function in the cloud that help to response to the events.
Private cloud – It is that infrastructure which is being operated by the single organisation and
weather manage internally by the externally and the third party. To operate the private cloud in
the organisation, projects require coordination to the business environment and required
organisation to re-evaluate decision about exiting resources.
Public Cloud- this is being called this public because the services provided with the help of the
internet. which is open to the public use. Public cloud service are may be free for the public use.

Public cloud services providers such as Oracle, Amazon web services, Microsoft & google these
provide the storage service over internet.
Hybrid Cloud – Hybrid cloud is the combination of the number of clouds which may be public,
community and private, from the different services providers. Hybrid cloud allows the one of
these to increase their capability or capacity.
Community Cloud: This type of cloud refers an infrastructure that are being shared by
organisations as they share their data & data management concerns. For instance, This type of
cloud system can be used by the Government of a single country. Community cloud have both
options and can be located off premises and on premises (Guo and et.al., 2018).
2. The difference between security & privacy and the way of achieving company's cloud to be
secured and private
Privacy refers to the protecting the identity of the user from the unauthorized
access and from the third party whereas security refers to the safeguarding of the data. Security
refer to the personal freedom from the external forces. It means that being free from the potential
threats and danger. It is the protective measure which is used for protecting the digital
information or data by the illegal user like such unauthorised companies or criminals for illegal
activities. Therefore, it is being suggested that it is essential to protect or safeguard all the data
and information with a strong password with having different combination on the different
websites which require a login. All the measures or tools for security try to maintain minimum
one objective or goal from the below:
Maintaining as well as protecting confidentiality
Protecting the reliability of information assets
To promote availability of information & data
Privacy can be defined as having the ability to protect the confidential and sensitive data
and information regarding to the personally identifiable information. Privacy helps to block the
specific websites which consist the harmful content, and internet browser, cable companies and
the internet service provider that can track the information and can also hack the account to
access the information and data.

As one cannot exist without the other. Security refers to the state or condition of being
free or away from any kind of harm or danger, on the other hand the privacy is known as being
free from any attention is not wanted.
Objective of Privacy & Security
Availability, integrity & confidentiality are the main goals of security. Security means to
protect data or information from the third-party access. Privacy refers to the rights to the
individual and organisation which are being related to the personal information.
Privacy & security programs
A program of the security is to set of regulations & protocols, which is developed for
protecting the private and important data or information related to the organisation. On the other
hand, Privacy programs refers and focus on the protecting the personal information like log in
credentials, passwords etc.
Principals related to Privacy & Security
There are three key values or principles concerned with security, protect confidential data
and information, conserving truthfulness of the assets consisting information and to promote data
availability. On the other hand, privacy explain the rights of the individual and organisation with
respect to the personal information
Dependency
Privacy and security go simultaneously. As the security can be obtained deprived of
privacy, privacy cannot be attained without security. If security is not strong or proper for some
confidential data, then it automatically affects the privacy (Ullah and et.al., 2018).

The above report concluded that cloud storage is a tool of cloud computing. This cloud
computing includes the different tools, application. This also been concluded that Cloud
computing can be private and public both. Public cloud services provide their services on web or
internet without any cost. Private cloud service, focuses only on providing their services to the
certain number of people. This also been analysed that security and the privacy both are inter
related in networking. Where security refers to the protecting the data and files, privacy refers to
the safeguarding of the personal information from the third part access or the unauthorized
access that can harm the individual and organisation with their critical and personal data.
