Cloud Service and deployment used in the organization:
The cloud deployment model has been used by the many of the organizations. One of the
significant deployment of the cloud service is the use of cloud service by Amazon. The Amazon
is using the cloud service for operating the online business. Apart from that, Amazon is the
vendor of the cloud service provider.
The cloud service of amazon is using is the hybrid model of the cloud service. In this
situation, the use of the public cloud and private cloud are involved. The confidential information
regarding the organization and the employees are stored in the private cloud (Liu et al. 2015).
The security of the private cloud is maintained by Amazon. Apart from that other necessary
information those are needed to be shared with the consumers can be stored at the public cloud
so that the contents can be accessed by the users.
The main reason choosing the hybrid model is that it servers the purpose of the
organization in a proper way. For storage of the confidential data and the organizational
information private cloud is needed. The content of the private cloud cannot be accessed by the
people (Lehrig et al. 2018). On the other hand, the content of the public cloud can be accessed by
the people so that they can get the necessary information regarding the organization.
Advantage of using the cloud model in the organization:
The main advantage of using the cloud architecture in the organization is that it mitigates
the overhead cost for the organization. The infrastructure is maintained by the cloud providing
vendor. In this situation there is no need for the organization to maintain the physical equipment.
Apart from that the use of cloud computing enhances the security of the data and information
stored in the cloud storage. It provides better security than the physical server.

Another advantage of using the cloud storage is that the information and the data can be
accessed at any time and from anywhere. This increase the availability of the data. Apart from
that the transparency of the data can be maintained through the use of the cloud storage.
Using the cloud computing and storage, the organization can gain competitive advantage
over other organizations (Narula and Jain 2015). The organization using the cloud computing can
mitigate the cost of maintain the infrastructure. This will help to increase the profit margin of the
organization. Apart from that easy access of the data and information will help to increase the
flexibility of functionalities of the organization.
Another advantage of using cloud is the enhanced security of the data. In this case, the
automatic update of the security patches are available in the cloud computing.
Critical analysis of the cloud deployment at Amazon:
Amazon has obtained Hybrid cloud deployment model. In this case, there are some of the
problems those can be faced by the Amazon.
There is a chance of security breaches of the data. Apart from that the negotiation process
regarding the maintenance of the security is important. In this case, the Amazon has to decide
who will manage the security of information stored in private cloud (Puthal et al. 2015). Apart
from that the services and the functionalities of the Amazon can get interrupted in case of the
remote server in the cloud architecture goes down. Apart from that for managing the cloud
proper customer support is needed which has been implemented by Amazon. The managing of
the cloud system needs expert handling. In this situation, the authority of Amazon is recruiting
many technical employees who can handle the cloud system in a proper way.
