Innovation in the processes of the business helps in upholding the proficiency of the
functions as per the aim of its sustenance. The identification of the needs of the customers has
helped in upholding the efficacy of the organizations to bring in innovations in the processes.
The different innovations that are commenced by the organizations have helped in upholding the
efficacy of the performance while operating in the diverse offshore markets. Identification of the
problems that are faced by the customers and the assessment of their needs have helped the
businesses in upholding the efficacy of the innovative products. In this connection, the
introduction of “Cloud Sofa” in the markets has helped in eradicating the different faults that are
faced by the customers through the utilization of the traditional sofas (Zolnowski, Weiß &
Bohmann, 2014). On the other hand, the innovativeness of the idea has helped in upholding the
competitive advantage of the developers in the market. It has helped in adding to the
sustainability of the business while operating in the different markets.
The purpose of undertaking the report is to review the business model and the manner in
which the idea facilitated the organization in mitigating the different faults that are faced by the
