1CLOUD BASED SOLUTION
Introduction
The paper is described the technical components of the SLA also it is done by listing
the roles and responsibility of the IT managers and the vendors of the “Drotos Engineering”.
Also this is given the summary of the acceptable metrics and the measurement ranges when
giving the rationale which will confirm the optimum performance. Also these metrics also the
ranges of measurement are given in the form of the disk space, uptime, response time and
requirements of vendor to the “Drotos Engineering” reporting.
Discussion
Roles and responsibilities of IT Manager
There are many roles and responsibilities of IT managers present which are as
follows:
i) IT managers are recommended the strategies, procedures and policies of IT.
ii) They are confirmed the planning of IT also overseen the performance of IT assets.
iii) They are approved also monitored the projects of IT and also they are overseen the IT
budgets.
iv) They are ensured the allocation of the IT resources in relation with the personnel,
equipment and funding.
Roles and responsibilities of Vendor
There are many roles and responsibilities of vendor present which are as follows:
i) The vendors are met the response time which is associated with laid out infrastructure
(Erdogmus et al., 2018).

ii) They are provided the network cloud based services to the “Drotos Engineering”.
iii) They are delivered the services of data storage to the “Drotos Engineering”.
iv) They are provided the cloud computing services to the “Drotos Engineering”.
v) They are confirmed the optimum performance on all the services that are provided.
v) They are ensured the security for example the encryption, privileges, granting of the rights
and many more to the services that are offered.
Acceptable metrics and measurements
i) Disk space:
The disk space will provide by the cloud service provider. The least data storage that
is delivered to the Drotos Engineering will be one terabyte also the highest storage of the disk
space will be one petabyte (Cho et al., 2019). Each application which is ran should give the
minimum of 1 GB read for loading also running and the maximum of 2 GB (Daoud &
Dagenais, 2018).
ii) Response time:
The vendor will be provided the response time of less than two seconds when using
the services of vendor and a maximum of 4 seconds.
iii) Uptime:
The service uptime will measure by the monitoring software of cloud service provider
also with the reference to service provider network availability and UPS power (Mendell &
Kumagai, 2017).
iv) Vendor to the Drotos Engineering reporting requirements
