In today’s globalized world organizations are becoming highly concern with the adoption

expand their business operations (Ramakrishnan and et.al, 2014). In this regards, the present
study is based on the XYZ Inc. which is a growing enterprise and offer varied range of services
digitally. Company is having their own IT system but due to the advancements in technologies
firm is shifting towards the cloud storage strategy so that they can realize a true distributed
environment. This report is further based on two assessments in which first assessment talk about
the business model of XYZ Inc. It also gives appropriate justification on the basis of which
company can implement best suitable cloud storage option.
For the same, a formal report is being submitted to the CEO of company which gives
clear evidence about the selection of optimal option of cloud storage strategy as well as its
implementation (Srivastava and Verma, 2015). Further, it also provides a clear argument over the
future benefits of implementing this strategy as well as potential risk associated with the same.

high quality services to all its customers across the globe. They provide wide range of services to
their customers and on the basis of same raise their level of satisfaction.

XYZ Inc. offer wide range of services to all its customers globally and attract them by
providing quality services. In this concern, some of the most common services offered by
company are tourism, health professional’s access, bookings etc (Fryer and Brown, 2014). Due
to the increasing competition within this same area of field they are adopting several latest and
advanced technologies just to maintain effective business practices. While providing recruitment
services, they basically follow different operations such as recent jobs, hiring trends etc. which
help users in effectively searching any type of information more appropriately (Iyoob, Zarifoglu

and Dieker, 2013). In order to enhance their customer base company requires providing them
quality services.

Company basically serves various ranges of services in each of its specific services which
are as follows:
Tourism: At this type of service company basically provide wide range of tourism
services to their customers where they can book and plan their tour towards long haul
destinations (Deelman and et.al, 2013). Here, they can make their booking of complete holiday
package. Company serves them complete packages of their holiday such as family trip, business
class trip as well as couple tour packages. These are different tourism services provided by XYZ
Company which is available to customers more easily.
Health professional’s access: Various healthcare services provided to customers such as
GP services, emergency services, homecare services etc. (Kaur and Kaur, 2015).
Recruitment: These services covered different access of job portals to all the job hunters.
XYZ provides them shortlist of job as per their current desire. They also serve recruitment of
permanent, contract and temporary positions on behalf of the world's top companies.

In order to provide quality services to Customers Company needs to go through the better
management of their business operations. For the same, XYZ Inc. having their own IT
management server and system which helps all workers in easily communicate with each other.
With the help of this system they are able to manage all their functions more appropriately such
as tourism, health professional access, recruitment etc. (Iyoob Zarifoglu and Dieker, 2013). All
this information and data related to these services stored on this server and accessed by
individual employee at the time of requirements. At the time of maintaining this IT management
server company is facing several issues related to the loss of private information and data etc.

Corporation. It creates issues for IT experts of firm during transferring of data (Naldi and
Mastroeni, 2014). In addition to this, due to these reasons, organization also loss its

changing business, market, and regulatory demands. Here, XYZ requires overcoming with the
