Digital technology is important for organisation one of them
is cloud computing which assist in enhancing productivity
of Hook Norton brewery. Main objective of company is to
strengthen the overall performance by implementing
several digital technologies like Cloud Computing.

Reflection
My experience of conducting this research was good from
which I learnt many things and developed skills which
can help in gathering more information in future. There
were both positive and negative points which I have faced
throughout the research. I have used questionnaire as a
way to obtain data from various respondents in order to
analyse them to attain final outcomes.

Recommendation
After going through overall research, investigator has
provided further suggestions that can be considered by
Hook Norton Brewery so as to improve the current
standard of work :
 Company should use Artificial Intelligence in their
production department since this will help in creating
innovative goods and services.

Alternative method for conducting
research
The alternative method which could have been used is
interview. Questionnaire is a good method but it fails to
cover the whole sampling size. There is no direct contact
with the respondents. On the other hand, interview
involves all types of questions, direct contact with
respondents, and can be conducted in an expeditious
manner. Apart from this, suggestions can also be taken
while conducting the interview.

Conclusion
By going through above report, it be summarized that digital
technologies have completely changed the prospects of
business era as it is providing so many benefits to
corporations. They are offering possibilities of earning more
and more money.
