production firms. Under this mention report will discuss about the project aims and goals for

and medium size organisations which are located in London. This company uses the latest or
new equipments, IT facilities and computers. The main objective of this organisation is to
enhance the sales as well as profit of company. There are many different technology at market
place such as Artificial Intelligence, Internet of things, social media, cloud technology etc. But
Continental Consulting Limited company uses the cloud technology in its business. Cloud

effective plan related with the various aspects. It is a responsibility of project manager to prepare

Completion of this project report was a critical task for me as it helps me to get know the
impact of applying cloud technology on business activities and tasks. It also recognise that if a
business association apply digital tools in its working processes then it improves its functional
criteria. Therefore, to manage all project activities I developed certain objectives which helps me
and colleagues to accomplish work in easy way. I also classified working activities into different
parts that and develop a time frame thus to do meet all working criteria on or before their time
period. As due to having good leadership and management skills, I was able to manage project in

effective manner. My professors and mentors provides me guidance on any confusions through
which I reached out desired outcomes of the project. But I faced problems like – time and money
due to this I cannot properly interact with participants properly and cannot recognise their views
more effectively.
CONCLUSION
It has been concluded from the above given report that manage the project in successful
manner many benefits to company. Cloud computing helps in secure as well as share the relevant
or accurate information in an effective manner. Under this mention report studied about the
