Introduction
Considering the Virtual Child International, the major focus has been to keep the children
connected with productivity through proper internet connection. The VCI helps in bringing the
profit wherein the virtual world for the children in the VCI Park helps in supporting them with
better guidance. The VCI employees work on the outsourcing of the credit Agency with
performing the credit checks on the different prospective guardians. This VCI park could work
with the enabling of the access to the shared pool of the system resources and a higher service
level. They are set with the sharing of resources and then achieving the coherence based on the
public utility of the students. The cloud computing also helps in the up-front IT infrastructure
costs where the proponents claim that cloud computing allow the enterprises to get the
application run effectively and faster.
Discussion
In VCI Park, cloud technology can be helpful for handling the networks to sort the virtual
services. With this, there is an easy telecommunication process with point-to-point data circuits
that offer the virtual private network services with better quality of services as well. Here, the
focus is on providing the agility for the organizations with the increased users, flexibility and the
re-provisioning (Oliveira et al., 2014). The cost reductions are generally claimed by the cloud
providers where the focus is on the operational expenditure with the handling of usage-based
billing options.

Argument
The device and the location independence helps in enabling the users with the accessing of the
systems through the use of the web browser regardless of the locations. The maintenance of the
system is easy and could be worked upon through multitenancy where VCI park requires to work
with the centralization of the infrastructure with the lowering of the costs and handling the peak
load capacity (Gangwar et al., 2015). The utilization and efficiency improvements are
determined for the system with the performance that is monitored with proper utilization of the
programs. The productivity is based on the increased patterns where the different users can easily
work on the same data rather than waiting for it for saving it and then mailing it. The reliability is
improved with the use of the different redundant sites which makes it properly designed for the
cloud computing which is important for the business continuity and to handle the recovery of
disaster (Hsu et al., 2014). The cloud computing provides the security as well, where it helps in
improving the data centralization with increased security focusing on the resources. The concern
is about handling the loss of control over the data with major lack of security for the stored
kernels. The security standards are based on the auditing logs which needs to be worked upon
through handling the services and building the IT system in the administration network. There
are different challenges like the delivery of the data which is set outside the physical network in
a secured manner that allow the people to access to the files for homework (Chang et al., 2016).
The cloud computing helps in managing the needs with controlling the back-end infrastructure
that is completely limited for the vendors only. Here, the focus is on the data services with
handling the data caps that are set for the cloud users with cloud techniques focusing on the
different amount of the bandwidth for customers who tend to share the data over the cloud with
other users (Sharma et al., 2016). With the changing technology, it has been seen that there are

technology officers who seek for minimizing the risks of the internal outages and then mitigating
the complexity as well. The issue is about carrying the research where the VCI Park focus on
handling the viewing of the current charges for the members, their activities and then entering
the new or the change in the existing criteria for the member admittance to VCI Park.
Conclusion
Considering the changing services, the VCI Park needs to work on the improvement in the
system where the focus is on viewing the current charges for the different members and then
providing the proper date total time that has been spent for the park services at the time of
current month and the credit time where the members received the works (Chang et al., 2016).
The focus is on the proper commercialization and then working on standardization with working
over the encompassing contributions from the diversified system software, web and the
performance, information and the security standards. The cloud computing tends to pose the
privacy issues which needs to be settled through working on the cloud users who are limited to
control and then manage the data applications and the services.
