ABSTRACT
The airplane terminal of San Antonio is faced with several problems hence they are
making all their efforts to solve the problem as well as fully improve their operations. The Most
work of the plan´s terminal is done manually that expands the ton of time and it is not
productive. The efficiency of the activities can be improved through the upkeep division which
began using CMMS programming to computerize a part of the airplane’s task. In fact, even for
the move to use this programming, the organization is to be confronting several issues daily, for
instance, workers are not responding to the demand of the organization. The current framework
is not proficient enhancing the time loss as well as the loss in cash. And for this proposition
venture, we will discuss the problems this airport is currently confronting hence gives a proposal
to promote their operations.
