start making profits as soon as possible. Thus, after long discussions, the decision has been made
to ensure that all the game receives all the required improvements and can launch one month
prior to schedule. They declined the request for more time and instructed that it must be done
immediately.
In the next three weeks, we expect to have your full attention engaged in this project in order to
make all the required changes and additions. We understand that it may be difficult to complete
everything within this time, thus I have a few suggestions regarding how to address the issue.

3. A BLOG POST TO PERSUADE VOLUNTEERS
Who are we?
The Nova Prospect is an organization that works alongside the Canadian Government to provide
quality education to socio-economically backward students and refugee children and ensure a
quality future for them. We started as a non-profit, non-government organization twenty years
ago and recently have been established as a certified organization. We have over one thousand
employees working in centres round the country.
What do we need?
Most of our employees are nearing the age of retirement and we will soon be deprived of the
experience and knowledge that they have provided us with over the years. What we require is a
new wave of strong enthusiastic candidates to join our sponsored mentorship program as either
mentors or mentees. The program encourages an informal transfer of knowledge that will help
our next generation of employees.
Qualification and job
Mentors
If you are and have been an employee of The Nova Prospect for the last seven years or more, we
encourage you to partake in the mentorship program. If you have experience in leadership in this
organization or any other, and you possess good communication, teaching and advocacy skills
and you are genuinely enthusiastic about helping the children in need, you are suitable for this
position. We ask you to apply by 30th of June, following which you will attend a 1-week
mentor’s training program.
Your role at the mentorship program will be to train the mentees on management of handling of
all the projects in the organization. Each mentor will be assigned a minimum of three mentees.
You, as a mentor will work towards orienting the mentees in the mission, vision and values of
the organization.
Mentees
We are looking for interested candidates between 20 to 35 years of age. You must have attained
a minimum of diploma in high school education. You must be self-motivated, have good time
management skills and a willingness to learn. This program will help you understand the inner
workings of the organization and how to handle its projects. We need you to apply by 15th of July
and await further instruction.
As a mentee, you are expected to attend all training sessions with your mentors every day. You
are expected to follow all instructions given to you by your mentors and provide them with
