The chosen organization is CMTP which is mainly known for manufacturing several
kinds of pallets utilising timber and during this all of the various procedures of manufacturing
there have been the generation of different kinds of wastes. Such wastes are known to be
involving saw dust, smaller pieces of wood. It has been found that these kinds of wood
wastes are being generated to a great extent (CMTP 2019). There is a huge need for
managing in different kinds of ways for profiting this particular enterprise.
The main aim of the study is to properly describe various processes with the help of
which there will be an appropriate management of waste in the specific company of CMTP
which is known for generating different kinds of wastes.

Poon 2018). As the pallets are utilising timber, there is the maximum generation of wood
waste. Wood waste is known for covering half the typical dust bin within the company of
CMTP. Such a dust bin comprising of wood waste can easily be recycled other than just
being removed with all of the rubbish to several landfills (Das, Sarmah and Bhattacharyya
2015). All of the various employees or staffs can be properly trained for avoiding the
utilisation of some raw materials which can be producing a huge amount of wastes and
products with an excessive amount of packaging. There is a need for maintaining all of the
equipment on a regular basis such that it works in an efficient manner. For example, there
must be the reduction of fire hazards and prevention of dust. Sweeping as well as wiping all
of the surfaces are very much essential for getting rid of all of the dust which may be building

up round all the blades while cutting for the reduction of wear (D'Amato, Mazzanti and
Montini 2013). There must also be the utilisation of paints based upon water and also several
adhesives instead of all the one which are based upon solvent. One must be looking into
several ways for getting the most out of the enterprise and there must be the reduction of the
cost of all the raw materials. The suppliers must be asked for all the pieces which are either
standardized or rather cut to size. Money is to be saved by directly matching the time table of
the collection of waste bin for all of the various requirements of the company. If all the bins
are found not to be completely full after an entire week, then there must be the consideration
of the movement towards fortnightly cycle of collection (Hwang, Kobayashi and Kawamoto
2014). There are some ways of reducing wastes to a great extent. Firstly, one must be looking
for managing the waste and the dust or waste is to be gathered closer towards the source. The
machines of both cutting as well as sanding are to be linked for dusting the extractors. The
dust is to be gathered from all the extractors of dust in very strong bags made upon of plastic
which will be completely sealed before they will be ultimately moved. If possible, there is a
need for seeking someone who can be utilising the dust as well as shaving instead of paying
for the disposal of it. It has been known that it is quite cheaper to recycle all the bins other
than sending all the bins of wastes to the landfills (Owoyemi, Zakariya and Elegbede 2016).
There are some ways for the improvement of recycling:

within the market and also boost the reputation of it.

products or timber can or rather cannot at all be recycled (Kim and Song 2014). All of the
various guidelines of the government are to be greatly followed for the disposal of timber
waste which are treated with CCA. CCA treated waste of timber are not to be burnt and this
is not to be utilised as a specific soil addictive. It is to be remembered that all the wood that
are treated non-chemically can be easily recycled (Ramos, Matos and Sousa-Coutinho 2013).
However, it has been known that there are several materials which are attached to the timber
and that may be limiting the value of reusing. Such materials can be involving board of
plaster, wrapping of plastic, oils, sand, dirt as well as glue. The removal of such kinds of
contaminants will be definitely adding a huge value and can also be offering a huge
opportunity for the reusing this particular wood. All of such waste management processes can
be helping a lot for attracting several customers and will also be hugely benefitting both the
environment as well as the particular budget (Carpenter et al. 2013).

It can be said that CMTP who is known to have been generating various kinds of
waste like saw dust and so on needs a proper management of waste. There are a number of
