INTRODUCTION
In the term of practical, the reflective account is usually show the aspect which is well related
with the aspect which is showing the foundation of practice which is based on the written form
which is associated with the experience and the action. It majorly includes the experience which
may associated with the working within workplace and so on. The description is used to
followed in such a way which show the experience while performing or doing the set of activities
and task (Bell, 2018). The experience is usually gathered in the form of reflective account which
is appropriate for the development of quality of knowledge and other term which may participate
within the context of reflection. In this report, the major discussion is based on the context of
experience and knowledge which is well related with the cognitive approaches and therapies,
humanistic and person-centred therapy and the integrative and eclectic therapies. The experience
and the performance of the people are well discussed with the help of Gibbs model. Therefore,
Gibbs model is used in such a way which may show the relevance in the term of experience
delivery with the help of set that is description, feeling, action plan, conclusion and so on
(Boland and et. al., 2019).
MAIN BODY
Lecture: Cognitive approaches and therapies
There are various of aspect which is used in such a way which is showing the reflection
that is based on the Gibbs reflection. The Gibbs reflection is usually focus on the context which
may produce the context of experience that is well related with the scientific study. In the context
with Gibbs model, there are six stage which help to explore the experience which may include
description, feeling, evaluation, analysis, conclusion and action plan.
Description: In my viewpoint, the cognitive approach and their therapies is the foundation of the
study which is based on the scientific level. It usually shows the concern which is well related
with the taking of information which is well associated with the outside world. It also shows the
aspect which is help to show the context which develops the sense of information. As per the
above discussion where I used to state that the cognitive approach shows the aspect which is well
related with the context of cognitive approach which is defined as the field which is mostly
concerned with the process which is derive as the internal process that help to perceive the

environment, process those perception and decision and the measurement of action that include
perception, attention, memory and creativity and so on (Dremina and et. al., 2018).
Feeling: While working and show the experience which is well related with the approach of
cognitive. I also feel that the cognitive approach is a versatile factor which may show their
approach within the psychology. The psychology is the major factor which is helpful in order to
provide the aspect which is well related with the dimension of perspective and analysis
collaboration which helpful for the production of view and knowledge. I also recognise some of
the feeling that the cognitive approach provides the well knowledge which is well related with
the cognitive psychology where the individual just overviews the things and make perception
which is well generate by the mechanism of the brain functions. The other approach which may
show their coordination in this term is based on cognitive neuropsychology, cognitive
neuroscience and computational cognitive which may provide the aspect which is well related
with the involvement of the creation which follow the context which is well related with the
model of human cognitive function which work well as the AI is being running (Evans, and
Russell-Mayhew, 2021).
Evaluation: In my term of studying with the topic of cognitive approach, the evaluation also
focuses on the depth analysis which may show their approach while using the proper mechanism
of principle which is well related with cognitive approach. Whereas, they follow the flow factor
which started with the stimulus, attention, perception, process of thought, decision and response
of action. In addition, it helps to provide the provision approach which may generate the aspect
which is helpful for the individual to restrain the principle when they perspective.
Analysis: The inclusion of analysis with the core context for the perceived knowledge allow the
individual to take the attention towards the perception and act accordingly which is appropriate
for the situation. The individual uses the principle of the cognitive approach which may helpful
in the term of situational analysis and provide the framework in term of concept which filter the
situation with the perception and perspective and show proper response with their authentic
actions (Kurniawan, Amin, and Nusantoro, 2019).
Conclusion: The cognitive approach is well defined a factor which started with the stimulus and
end on the action which is derive by response. In my concern, the rationale of the cognitive
approach is generally focus on the matter where inclusion of attention and perception carry the
model of psychology and they take appropriate action accordingly.

Action plan: The approach of cognitive development follows the context which may show the
action to develop the context which is showing proper advantage for the generating the
perspective that is based on cognitive development. In my aspect, the people are used to create
factor which may show the approach which help to derive the knowledge which is well related
with the cognitive approach.
Lecture: Humanistic and person-centred therapies
Description: In addition to this, the humanistic and person-centred therapies is usually a person-
oriented therapies where the person or individual is used to undertaken within the analysis as the
part of priorities and determine their issue which may show the context of human term. The
humanistic approach may derive the context which is well focus on person worth of the
individual, the centrality of the human value and the focus is well show the context which is
creative in the term of context where the active nature of the human being are used to analysed.
The approach usually shows the behaviour which is optimistic and focus on the context that help
to derive the noble ability which help to overcome the hardship, pain and the despair. In addition,
the person-centred approach may show the behaviour where the individual is taking the part of
priorities and provide support and care with the proper attention (Moeller, and Seehuus, 2019).
Feeling: In the study which is focus on the humanistic and person-centred therapies which is
suitable for the providing proper support and care which may enhance the productivity of care
among the general population who require proper support and care. In this, it usually shows the
aspect which is usually focus on the context that is showing the feeling which is towards the
support with the attention that is reliable for the work and management of work.
Evaluation: In addition to this, the general evaluation is used to taken which help to provide the
aspect which is related with the humanistic approach that generally show the context which is
also based on modern humanistic approach. The key feature of the modern humanistic approach
which is deriving the idea which is usually focus on the constant process of becoming. Therefore,
the evaluation usually derives the aspect which is confirmative for the person centred and
humanistic approach which derive the competencies of work (Rutkowska, 2018).
Analysis: The mechanism of analysis in my term help to provide the knowledge and brief
account of experience of humanistic approach and person-centred approach. Whereas, the
humanistic psychology is defined as the perspective which show the emphasise looking at the
condition of while person and they are showing the aspect which is related with the uniqueness
3

of each individual. Therefore, the humanistic psychology begins with the existential assumption
which is based on the people who is free and will that is well motivated to achieve the context of
environment their potential and self-actualise factor.
Conclusion: As per the study, I used to state some of the important point with my term of
experience is that the mechanism of humanistic and person-centred approach completely follows
the vision of attention for the individual in order to support and make proper change that is
helpful to refill the condition which is associated with bad behaviour and perception that outline
by perspective. The person-centred approach well focusses on the context which may derive the
informative aspect which is reliable to make proper support and care with the delivery of
attentive care and follow-up that show the potential of reliable working.
Action plan: In viewpoint, the humanistic approach usually shows the context that follow the
vision which provide the psychology when they are compared with other approach. The
humanistic and person-centred approach are limited in the context with the therapy, abnormality,
motivation and personality. Therefore, the client centred therapy is defined as the wider aspect
that is used within the health and social care sector. The therapy usually follows the context of
difficulties that they face in life which play significant role in the improvement in the people
quality of life as per my analysis and evaluation (Soucheray, 2020).
Lecture: Integrative and Eclectic therapies
Description: The integrity therapy is defined and approach in order to make treatment that
usually involve the technique from the different therapeutic orientation that is usually best suited
to a client which is related with the particular issues of problem. In terms with the therapy that is
integrity are usually produced various significant defect that is helpful to make the changes
which is appropriate it is also refer as a multimodal or integrative therapy. In addition to this, the
integrative therapy is usually showing no any kind of restriction which is well related with the
particular methodology or school which is best thoughted. Therefore, the therapist which may
usually draw the attention with the various technique as they are required. In my concern, the
main goal of the integrative efficient factor which may show the collaborative aspect that is
required for the treatment and they usually adapt the specific need of the individual (Tucker, and
Schmit, 2021).
Feeling: With the addition of integrity technique or approach which is generally provide the
aspect which is focus on the improvement that is reliable and validity for the patient who is

taking the proper support and care. The integrative therapy is usually provide and aspect where
individual can get the best therapy as per the determination of best approach that it suited for the
patient. I focus on the various aspect that is used in order to create the combination that is helpful
to provide me and aspect for the patient to choose the right medication and management with the
help of integrative therapy. My feeling towards the integrative therapy is usually provide an
aspect which is suitable for the medication or management in terms of therapy for the patient
because the integrative therapy is usually develop and aspect that is reliable and appropriate to
make the factor which is suited for the best therapy.
Evaluation: The evaluation is usually developed a scenario regards with the integrity therapy
because it is very essential for the patient or the individual to get the right medication or
management and terms of therapy for instant recovery. In addition to this, the integrated therapy
is usually play a vital role in my concern where the appropriate therapy is chosen and for the
patient that is helpful to overcome the situation (Ulupinar, 2018).
Conclusion: As per the above discussion, it is well analysed that the focus of the patient is
usually required with the appropriate medication and management that fulfil the needs and
overcome the condition that the patient faces from the longer period. Therefore, the right choices
towards the management are appropriate and functional that provide appropriate condition that is
suitable to release the pain or any required support that is full field by integrative therapy.
Action plan: As per the above, the action plan which is well related with the context of
integrative and Eclectic which is usually focus on the simple therapies which is best required for
the patient to reduce the complication (Young, Domene, Valach, and Socholotiuk, 2021).
CONCLUSION
As per discussion, it is well analysed that the study is focus on the reflective account in
which it creates reflection are used to be provided with the help of different experience and
learning that is related with the therapies. In addition to this, the cognitive approach and therapies
are usually providing the aspect where the proper cognition in terms of neurological factor and
other behaviour are discussed. In addition, the person centre therapies are also show their
relevance by taking the proper attention in priorities towards the patient who is facing or dealing
with any consequences. Therefore, the integrative therapy is also provide the aspect where the
patient required some support and the therapy is suitable in order to select the right support in
