Introduction
The aim of this report is to present the cloud-based software as a solution for the
expansion being led by the Lizzie Belt Company. The target market for the organization was the
online customers and the proposed solution was to develop a web portal in manner to allow the
customers and the employees of the organization to utilize better and enhanced experiences. It
will enhance the interaction of the employees of the different centers and establishing an
effective network for them. This report focuses on the best-suited approach for the delivery of
the project and identifying the crucial processes needed to be accomplished for the efficient and
successful delivery of the project. It also explains the activities and schedule of the project that
needed to be accomplished without hampering for the growth and development of the project.
Project Management Approach
Agile Scrum methodology can be recommended as the best approach for the developing
the web portal for the Company as it has been the best-suited methodology for the development
of the software for any organization. Conde et al. (2017) explained the development of the Agile
Scrum Methodology has a clear perception on the objectives and goals presented for the software
development and implementation of any software technology. Waterfall can also be implemented
within the project, as it is best suited for the development of a project consists of continuous
phases followed by another. However, looking at different phases and steps included in the Agile
Scrum Methodology, it can be recommended as the best option for this implementation within
the existing system (icholas and Steyn 2017). This methodology will include the project
initiation, planning, execution, controlling and monitoring, and project closure and that is all the
company needs now.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
The listed activities are helpful in accomplishing the phases of the project involved in the
Agile Scrum Methodology and delivering the project I manner to allow the cooperation between
the different established centers. The listed activities include all the five phases of the project
including the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling and project closure
(Laudon and Laudon 2017). Risk management strategies are crucial element for every project
that needs to be accomplished in an efficient and effective manner and thus, it has been
incorporated within the mentioned activities. The flow of the job as mentioned above will be
helpful in accomplishing the objectives and goals of the project (Whetten and Cameron 2014).
Strength of Team Work
Teamwork is always beneficiary aspect for the growth and development of a project that
has many phases as every team member will be contributing to the project in different way and
thus, innovation can be implemented within the project. It is a helpful way for dividing the load
between the team members and sharing the stress of the job and thus, delivering a high quality
project (Abraham et al. 2017). Teamwork can result in the deployment of the work within
certain period of time and keeping the standard of the project of high quality. Teamwork can
bring out better decisions even in tough scenarios and deliver the respective job in efficient
manner.
Weaknesses of Team Work
Despite of the benefits, there are certain drawback factors of the teamwork such as if the
team is under wrong leadership, they might be deviated from the respective goal and thus,
become an obstacle within the project from accomplishing the tasks (Dingsovr et al. 2016).

Different culture can be helpful for the innovation however; it can also be a problem for the
conflicts within the team.
Communication Plan
Regular meetings in a room, face-to-face conversation with every team member,
brainstorming activities, retreat plans, and engagement of certain activities that need a teamwork
can be helpful in communicating with the team members (Kerzner and Kerzner 2017). Regular
motivation and apprises by the team leader is also an innovative approach for allowing them to
express their feelings.
Professional and Legal Issues
Deployment of a web portal on the web will need certain legal authorities and that needs
to be considered in the prior of the development of the project (FInkleman 2015). Policies and
agreements between the vendors, customers, and employees should be properly signed-off in
manner to make sure that they are well aware with the risks those might came in future due to
the implementation of the web portal (Schwalbe 2015). The policies related to the privacy and
security of the individual should must be considered in the prior of the development of web
portal ensuring the stakeholders that the data or information being shared is safe from any breach
or intrusion.
Conclusion
Best on the above report it can be concluded that the Agile Scrum methodology can be
the most beneficial approach for the development of this project in an efficient and effective
manner. The activities listed in the above report include all the phases needed for the deployment

of the web portal. The activities and considerations presented in the above report can be helpful
in accomplishing the objectives and goals of the project. Implementing the hybrid cloud
platform can be recommended for the establishment of this project.
