Reflection
The concept of coaching and consulting refers to the development of the abilities
of the client to solve prevailing problems. For the process, various coordinated efforts
can be raised with respect to delivering the right activity to be produced by an
individual when being engaged in a consultation task. The basis of the provided final
report is to extend sub-question, analysis and develop an effective hypothesis.
According to the hypothesis formulation of the different levels of feasibility and
impact of recommendation. It can help clients or companies make the right decision
and integrate internal collaboration. Furthermore, I also realized that becoming a
coach is very difficult during the practice of coaching. In several situations
understanding the question also can provide the solution in the meanwhile, but that’s
not suits for the coaching way. However, in the process a coach need to guide the
employee who needs help, let them build personal awareness, increased the level of
engagement, assistance them to establish and act towards achieving goals.
Moreover, I also read the book of humble that developed my understanding with
respect to that there are many ways to solve the client’s issue. I believe in building a
personal relationship with the client and active listening with empathy could deeply
understand what customers consider. However, the book doesn’t give the right
solution directly, but provides the activity suggestion and assumes the client is
equipped to find answers. Furthermore, I also learn how to make a good logical
presentation to the client, starting with the summary, then presenting the situation,
complication, question. for the following step is the base of the question I gave a
solution with supporting examples, data, research results, etc. At the end making a
good impression conclusion which can help people further to remember the content of
the presentation was also a crucial role played at the workplace. Lastly, it is how to
communicate with different employees or clients with different personalities and
social styles.

If a firm has a problem, it can often be related back to three factors: the
organization's structure, the business or production processes and its management
behavior. The problem can be solved through the use of the issue tree model. For the
provided strategy, define the core problem first and then narrow it down into sub-

questions have been decomposed to prevent duplication overlap and also to comply
with the MECE concept. Analyze and formulate hypotheses in accordance with the
sub-question given. The given model or strategy works on simplification of a
problematic situation and clarifying possible solutions through developing of
hypothesis is being taken into consideration.
Impact & Feasibility
As there are have many questions in the beginning the first step that we need to
do is of defining the prioritized question and then the base of the question to
hypothesize a solution. However, the duo to the question has a different level of
impact and feasibility that have to sort the question has high impact and feasibility
and the solution should match the different level of priority question.
Social style
During the conversion, we can recognize the employee or client belongs to which
social style. By recognizing and responding to the social styles of different customers,
we can communicate with them about work more effectively. For instance, while
communicating with clients whose style is being considered, we need to show activity
listening to their questions, showing patience and comprehension for the reasons
behind the respective question. Then in this manner can conversation between the two
parties continue to ascertain the issue of the problem and assist in solving it.
Personal development
At this moment, our company coaching culture is based at the Nascent Stage. It’s
not possible to ask the whole company to create a coaching system that can transfer to
the tactical stage. However, I can practice the coaching culture with my team which
can help my employee to achieve the goal and increase personal working ability.

Normally, I need to face and communicate with different clients frequently which has
many chances to implement and practice to differentiate the client belongs to which
social style, thus aids towards improving my communication skill. Moreover, I will
share with my team what is the issue tree and we can practice on some problems that
cannot solve. According to this basis, effective terms were being established for which
coordinated efforts can be produced taking guidance of provided model i.e., issue tree.
This will guide effective basis for which completion of desired goals and objectives
can be attained.
