HR roles- The HR management of the team has a great role to play in the organization as the

organization (Kurz, Reddy & Glover, 2017). The HR department has the role of recruiting the
individuals who will be managing the coaching department of the organization.
Problem solving team- The problem solving team within the coaching department will be
engaged in identification of the problems and then solving them accordingly to ensure a smooth
transition of the problems (Tilka & Johnson, 2018).
Other roles- There are some other roles that are equally important in the new coaching

The second stage of the scope will involve the need for the inclusion of the people in the
