From the following clip, the following coaching style could be developed in order to
improve the behavior style that includes Breaking of ice: To increase interaction between the

the team. Along with fostering transparency in a workplace in addition to building of mutual
trust and respect in the team. Having a clear objectives and goals in a business organization to
prevent any chaos and confusion along with improving team building through overall
collaboration in various small little activities in an important coaching strategy. 0
ELEMENTS CONTRIBUTING TO UNDESIRABLE GROUP
DYNAMICS.
The various elements that contribute towards an undesirable group behavior may
include hiding of Facts and information from other members of the team causes doubt and
suspension in the minds of the other team members. When Becca Mitchell revealed that had
plans outside the “Barden Bellas” causing a rift within the team especially with Chole Beale.
In addition, when a team member in a group does not listen to the team leaders and tries to be
