This presentation, created by a student for a Business Management course, provides a comprehensive overview of coaching models within the context of learning and development. It begins with a definition of coaching and then critically evaluates various coaching models like GROW, CLEAR, and OSKAR. The presentation includes a coaching self-assessment tool using SWOT analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats related to coaching skills. Two key areas for development, innovation and curiosity, are identified based on this analysis. A detailed development plan, based on the GROW coaching model, is then presented to address these areas. The presentation concludes by summarizing the importance of coaching models in achieving goals and enhancing individual performance and learning, emphasizing the need for continuous improvement in coaching skills.
