INTRODUCTION
Learning and development are one of those essential and beneficial concepts that enabled a person to take pleasure of
developing skills and improvement related to their personality.
Learning is continuous process that help individual person in term of developing academic or employment competencies.
While development refer to procedure that develop, or enhance the performance level of candidates.
Both concepts play important role in growth and unpredicted success of individuals, which enable them to be productive while
performing as learner or worker in the world. L&D along with above, provide benefits in varied manners, such as in term of
increasing motivational and confident degree.
The current presentation will be based on specific question and that is to identify the potential to become a coach for which
two activities will be conducted. Furthermore, it will define each activity such as coaching self-assessment tool and 2
important areas of development.

questions, among which each question is related to my efficiency, skill and capability as well as response regarding particular situation.

listening skills will demotivate the person as it is an important part of communication

Due to poor listening I may not be able to pay attention to my team member thus, it

reason, I want to develop this competence. In order to become an effective and supportive
coach, I would take approach to develop this skill. For example, I need to pay attention
about what my tutor said to me and what they tend to share with us, that may help to
develop better understanding about specific concept of subject. I have to give my coach my
undivided attention, and acknowledge info. Instead of focusing on other things, I have to
concentrate on what activity might be conducted by tutors who are capable to train others
and develop knowledge level, even better than last months or weeks. It can be said that
better coaching is as much about comprehending and being passionate of what individual
mentee has to say as it is about providing better advice. I want to become a successful coach
and just for this reason I will develop active listening skill.
The best way to identify or analyse the success of my skill
that I would utilize in my professional career as a coach. For
example by analysing the performance and concentration of
individual whom I provide advice did it to career, I will
successfully evaluate the effectiveness of my develop the
skill.

Motivation techniques The important role of a coach is to motivate their students and other participants who are
seeking to develop their skills and grow career in effective manner. In order to do that I have
to use different skills and approaches such as motivation. According to assessment tool I
have obtained outcome is focus on my understanding regarding techniques.
In this world training and development methods or online classes are one of the best
approaches that I will use to develop my understanding regarding motivation ways that drive
my attention towards encouraging others. Training will give me power to develop
understanding about various things for example how to motivate students whom I teach in
the future while performing as a coach.
I examined him how many employees and students are taking
action to take my advice. As motivation mate give them
appropriate understanding about which coach is better for
them. With the help of doing this I will gain benefit of
supporting others and gaining their trust which is not that easy
for any person to do that appropriately.

using coaching self-assessment tool, as it made them capable to identify development areas that might be two or more than it.
It has provided them chance to know themselves better in term of what capabilities they have and what need to develop after
getting scores and on the basis of test outcomes.
Furthermore, from above analysis, it has been identified that personal development plan has provided a lot of benefits to plan
developers in form of increasing their performance and enhancing productivity as well as creativeness event better than last
few months or weeks.
From above discussion it has been concluded that I have developed my motivational technique and active listening skills
appropriately with the help of personal development plan that covers different types of steps.
