• Under this model, according to its first parameter the goal has been
decided where I want to become Manager in a reputed company.
• According to its second parameter I have to analyze my current
situation where I have to grasp different skills and knowledge for
it.
• I have to be ready with back up plan so that in case of failure, I can
switch to another option as well.
• At the end, I have to be strong in terms of will power so that I can
continuously work for it into positive manner. In this manner, the
