INTRODUCTION
Learning and development is considered as a procedure of improving skills and gaining more
knowledge buy an individual that helps them in personality development through undertaking self
assessment. Coaching is defined as form of development which is practiced by an experience person
known as coach that helps people in achieving their desired objectives through providing them proper
training. In the following report, what does coaching means has been explained. Furthermore, this
report also contains critical evaluation of coaching models such as GROW and CLEAR model. This
report also focus on coaching self assessment tools by which two development areas have been
determined which are essential to become a coach. Lastly, personal development plan of a person has
been mentioned.

This is an approach of identifying abilities a person is strong in that could
help them in making themselves as a successful coach. This method assist
people in creating a self progress development plan which help them in
enhancing there skills in coaching. In terms of this, I have also conducted
my self assessment analysis that helps me in identify in which skills I’m
good and What abilities need improvement. Furthermore, it will also help
me in setting my desirable objectives by determining my weak areas.
