Provide applied examples
Breakdown in communication: it can be overcome with help of a systematic communication
system. this will help in communication in easier way and sharing of data and info effectively.
for that technology can be installed in it.
Inappropriate circumstances for coaching: In this staff can be encouraged to deal with such
circumstances. Also, proper measures can be taken to overcome that by doing effective planning
in it.
Insufficient opportunity to practice: A policy can be formed to ensure that there is equal
opportunity for employees. this can be reviewed in particular time period (Okumus and et.al.,
2019).
Language or cultural barriers: employees can be provided training to it so that they respect
values of others. language barriers can be overcome by use of signs and symbols.
Lack of confidence: This can be overcome by encouraging employees and giving them benefits
and rewards.
Able to apply the learnt skills to other tasks or situations and how can you provide assistance
on this?
I will make sure that my peer is been able to apply the learnt skills when doing certain task in
organization. In this I will be engaged in applying the various tools such as KPI and
benchmarking (Chathoth and et.al., 2016). These will assist me in analysing the past and present
performance of the employees. I have also used this in my coaching session. I will also be going
to take feedback from my peer so that I will be able to know if they are facing any kind of

In my really busy work schedule I will provide the coaching sessions through online means. In
this I will be engaged in pre-recording the lectures related to the training which needs to be given
to my team members. This will enhance the productivity of employees working in hospitality

important so that the productivity of business can be increased and also goals of the company can
be achieved. It also helps in fixing the problems faced by employees in firm.

employees. The requirement of the organization will also be analysed and training will be
provided according to that.
