Learning and development is a term which is used to describe each element used by
business in order to encourage professional development among employees which includes
training courses, development programs and online development activities.
The present study also helps to understand the importance of coaching skills within an
individual in order to become a coach.
For that, PPT complete the coaching self-assessment tool in order to determine the 2 key
areas of development.
Further, it also focused upon development plan by undertaking 2 areas based upon coaching
model.
