INTRODUCTION
The personal experience is can be defined as the impacts of internal and external events
on the personal life of a human being that helps to develop awareness of everything. In this
report various coaching styles and strategies are described by reflecting the personal
experience(Chase and et.al., 2015).
MAIN BODY
In my school days I was an excellent volleyball player, I have contributed in so many
tough matches as the best player. My personal experience is quite good because my coach used
to motivate me to improve my game. According to my personal experience a sports' person can
perform better if his coach and team mates have motivated him regularly. A player should have
respect for the other players to be a genuine player. The team which have won the final match of
last year could be winner for this year if the motivation have been given by me to the team
including those 2 new players(Pope and Wilson, 2015).
Coaching style and Strategies
There are basically 4 types of style that can be adopted by the coach for making
successful team.
Command style: By applying this style all the decisions will be taken by the coach by
evaluating his experience. This will help the players to identify the required skills for performing
their best(Kim and et.al., 2016).
Practice style: In this style all the practices are by the players, coach gives only the
feedback on their performance. The skills and techniques fixed by the coach and players have to
learn and carry out all those tasks. So I will apply on it when the team players will know the
structure of the game(Fortes and et.al., 2017.
Inclusion style: This style is adopted when the current team have players with different
level of skill. The decision are made by the coach which can improve the skill to learn the game
and various activities are inserted to develop the team spirit in the players.
Divergent style: This style allows the coach to promote the creative skills in the new
players that can be used for the betterment of the current volleyball team.
For mixing the 2 new players with the team despite of knowing that their game was excellent
some strategies has to be applied by the coach(Krukowska and et.al., 2015).

Communication is the best way to convey any kind of message so informal meetings
arranged to chat with the new players and to make them comfortable with the other players of
team those are senior from them.
The special mentoring has been on the new players to use their skills as the key factor for
a successful team performance in the match of 2017. Personally I can share my experiences with
the to understand that how they can give their best for the team((Krukowska and et.al., 2015)).
CONCLUSION
This report have concluded that inclusion and divergent style of coaching is the best
method for building a successful volleyball team. The effective communication, motivation and
proper mentoring does help the coach to make a familiar environment for the new players. A
coach should adopt the efficient techniques for the players to perform better.
