Coca-Cola is considered to be most popular and bestselling soft in the history. It is also
considered to be as one of most recognizable brands in the world (Karnani, 2014). It was created
in the year of 1886 in Atlanta, Georgia. In the beginning Coca-Cola was offered as a kind of
fountain beverage at Jacob Pharmacy by mixing of Coca-Cola syrup with carbonated water.
In the coming pages of the report an idea has been provided regarding various knowledge
management tools utilize by Coca-Cola. After various steps have been discussed which can be
easily taken in Coca-Cola for securing information and knowledge.

The only method for various employers to increase the performance is making use of
improved technology which can be easily used for delivering it for proper kind of knowledge

amount of information which can be used for perfection and satisfaction of customers. It is

The organization wants to be familiar with the process how data containing important
information is collected used and disclosed (Krishnaswamy, 2017). The privacy policies mainly
describe various kinds of practices in connection with information which is collected by certain
number of activities which is used for linking privacy policy to websites. There are seven steps
which is Coca-Cola for securing information and knowledge.
Treating disposal as an inevitable waste: Privacy laws focused on the fact that an
organization can easily detect incidents of data security and disclosing of various breaches
(Chhabra, 2016). Theft of an IT asset can easily result in grabbing of various kinds of news.
Encryption is not silver bullet: In present market it is important for encrypting laptops
and other mobile assets used in this organization (Krishnaswamy, 2017). Encryption does not
eliminate the requirement for detection and investigation of various incidents. When a data-
bearing is provided or shipped to a vendor then are some chances that assets can be lost in
transit.
Using Disposal Tags: Manufacturing of serial number is not only efficient but also
ineffective. Disposal tags generally provide much better effective way which can be used for

can be easily used for increasing tracking rate to 98% or even higher.

Competitive advantage mainly involves communication which comes up with perceived

Cost advantage: A competitive advantage exists when a given firm is able to deliver
benefits as same as competitors but at much lower benefits than exceeding of competing
products (Chhabra, 2016). A competitive advantage mainly enables various kinds of organization
like Coca-Cola to create superior value for both of its competitors and superior profit for itself.
Differentiation: Differentiation by any organization like Coca-Cola can be used for
achieving advantage from competitors (Liebowitz, 2016). It mainly tends to provide something
which is unique and valuable to various buyers which are beyond offering low kind of price.
