This report is based on Coca Cola which is an American multinational corporation and
the purpose of this report is to explain the key issues and the benefits of undertaking CSR
projects. Impact of Brexit on respective firm and the individuals reflection are also mentioned in
this report.

Key issues in Coca Cola and recommendation
Coca Cola organisation is the considered as the most valuable brands as well as world
largest non alcoholic beverage company. It was established is year 1886 in United State of
America. Currently it operates in approx 200 countries. They also expanded their products into
juice, water, coffee, energy drinks and many more. The firm have partnership with more than
250 bottling as well as canning firm in all over the world. The issue faced by respective company
is Conflict, in firm there are various kinds of employees are working with different style. When
any misunderstanding incurs among staff that can leads towards conflicts within organisation
(Rahim, 2017). This impact their work environment and productivity of the company.
Recommendation
In order to resolve the above mentioned issue in the Coca Cola so their manager use
system management theory. This management theory are consider that management are
interrelated elements of the company. So rather than seeing the firm as series of silos, every
department is a portion of whole system (Watson, 2013). Thus, if the work is divided into
systematic manner among various employees into different department so there will be the less
chances to occur conflicts among them. Also with the help of this particular their the
management of the Coca Cola can formulate many strategies as well as policies systematically
for reducing the conflicts in company. Moreover, management must support objectives as well as
procedures flows which offer whole organisational health.

Corporate social responsibility is considered as the self regulating business model which
aids firm be socially responsible towards themselves, their stakeholder and people (Martínez and

Individual reflection
Working in a team is usually considered to know the willingness of a team to perform
together to attain a common objectives (Weller, Boyd and Cumin, 2014). Also, I experienced
that there are various benefits as well as challenges for working in a team are mentioned below:
As I worked in a team so it helps me to enhance collaboration and permit brain storming.
Due to this I can able to develop more creative ideas and improve productivity.
Team work needs various meetings and these meetings are sometime do not organised
well then many times I divert from topic or aim and I can not able to perform effectively.
As to work in a team I have to develop few skills effectively so that I can able to perform
appropriately into the group and attain the respective firm objectives. Some skills are decision
making and communication skills. As both are essential to work in a team because it is important
to communicate and make decision effectually with their member so that they can understand
you and work properly.
CONCLUSION
