The skill is something which can be learned, so it means that a person can learn the leadership
skills and that it is contemporary that can be learned by anyone of they are able to learn from
others experience and mistakes and them implying that leadership skill is something which can
be acquired by a person. (Reicher, S.D., Haslam, S.A. & Platow, M.J. (2014).

workforce of an organization is smart and skillful enough then they would prefer participative

employees with activities which is managed by organizing all the tasks, also assigning the

Sometimes, a person has given authority but he is not authorized to use that in real terms. This is
the situation that is very crucial as people thought it to be the fault of the manager or leader but
in reality, he is forced by higher authorities to do anything. The reality does not come in front
and people ultimately lose their interest. This is an obvious thing that when a person is having a
good and comfortable environment then the productivity of that person increases. (Leadership
styles (2014), When a leader is comfortable he will pass this onto others and in this whole
organization will be beneficiated. So, it is very important to make all leaders feel comfortable so
that a good gesture will be pass on to the employees working under him or her. Leadership value
system means a system in which leadership and management are having more authority and
power. (Shore, C. (2014). They are considered the ultimate success or failure of the organization.
Such an organization flourishes a lot in the market as they know how to deal with different
problems of their employees and how to keep them motivated to make their productivity high
and intact.
In the year 2001, it has been inspected by Yang et al that the connections among the project

adversely connected. It has been mentioned that the center of the leader around the leadership

The motivation of the employees is viewed as an inborn reality with the leadership style. The
style of leadership will be an important component that will be used for managing the aggregate

organizations.

7. To what extent are these differences positive points of differentiation or negative traits
of the organization
This different in marketing strategy is very good and in a very much positive manner then all of
its competitors as whenever the name of the beverage company comes, coca-cola is the first
name that comes in the names of the consumers. This is the win situation of any marketing
department. The most significant standard of Global Market techniques is upper hand which
resembles an absolute offer that is progressively alluring for the clients. This can be offered
favorable position to anything of the organization like value, item, and administration and
furthermore to the promotion and conveyance of the item too. (Strategic Management Insight.
(2013). The absolute offer must be increasingly alluring for having the fascination of the clients.
In the event that there are two organizations which are making same item and having same costs
and same quality and in the event that one of them begins making items at generally lower cost
and on the off chance that it will be fruitful in causing individuals to accept that its quality is
same as that of the other, at that point clearly its lower costs will give it upper hand. This
advantage can be existing only with the relevant companies. (Seijts, G. (2015).
8. How has the sector evolved?
Today, coca-cola is considered one of the best brand but this was not the case always. The
company was started in the year of 1886 and at that time, there was the usage of the coupon for
having some free drinks for increasing interest in their products. Later in the yea of 1892, the
marketer of the company names Asa Candler made the purchase of the coca-cola from inventor
finalized and the inventor was Dr. John Pemberton. Initially, the budget was 11000 dollars and
he used items like calendars, urns, painted signs on the walls, pencils for their advertisement. In
the year 1900 first time, the company got advertised by the celebrity names Hilda Clark and after

that, there were many others like Joan Crawford, Ray Charles, The Supremes, Aretha Franklin,
Arnold Palmer and Joe Namath who started working with the company. Then the company got a
space in the national magazine in the year of 1904. Later on in the year of 1911 the budget for
the advertisement of the company got much more and reaches up to 1 million USD dollars. Then
the company also started the use of billboards and also advertising themselves through radio
programs. (Shore, C. (2014).
All marketing ideas of the company were not successful. In the year of 1985, an effort was made
by the company for competing Pepsi and for this purpose, they decided for changing the formula
of their beverage after 99 years. (Kendra Cherry (2019). The new drink was knowns as new
coke and the response to this was much negative due to which, the company went back to its
original taste after having a downfall in their sales for about 79 days. In the year of 2009, the
company decided to go green by using 100 percent recycling bottles which were partially made
by the plant-based materials which were a very good step and it got the high promotion. In the
year of 2011, the company’s seasonal holiday packaging got met along with the disband by the
users and then for the first time, the coke was put in the white cans which the users think is the
same as the diet coke cans.
9. Ways do they differ to competitors
One of the biggest differences, coca-cola has from its competitors that the company has initiated
many CSR projects to make it sound ethically good company. The company has gained the
position of among the 10 most regarded brands of the world due to its commitments to CSR. In
most cases, it has been expressed as wright which the company exercises are likewise part of the
viable system of their business. In their report, it has been mentioned by them that the company
is trying to give many benefits from the practices of CSR. In many nations, such as India, US the

brand picture of the company is also scoundrel corporate a couple of years back. This was
majorly due to the CSR report which shows that the company is debasing and harming the water
by its creation and it is having results of drinks which contain the immense measures of
pesticides. Due to this, their items were prohibited for a considerable time and their sales reduced
by 15 percent. For counter measuring this, the company starts many new plants and new projects
for reducing the pollution caused by their plants to the environment and they did a project of
planting trees near their plants in order to reduce the pollution. (Strategic Management Insight.
(2013).
10. To what extent are these differences positive points of differentiation or negative traits
of the organization
As per my analysis, this difference is 100 percent in the advantage of the company. As it makes
the company stand one step ahead of its competitors and is recognized as the most ethically stand
organization. Coca-cola is much different from its competitors with respect to its marketing
strategies and also the advertising strategies. There are numerous campaigns done by the
company which has attracted the customers a lot and due to which their sales got increased a lot.
These strategies make them different from others. This can be seen in their theirs advertisements
on media and on billboards as well. They always have something new and innovative to attract
the consumers not just because of taste but also due to their fun things. (Kendra Cherry (2019)
11. Successful organizations are doing to embrace the changes
Changes are inevitable and they do occur in every organization no matter what. A good
organization is one who is able to cope with those changes. Changes are not always welcomed
and sometimes they do create a sense of discomfort and it ultimately reduces the motivational
level of the employees.
