INTRODUCTION

going to illustrate on Coca-Cola Company which a carbonated soft drink is manufacturing
company situated in Georgia. The company is founded on 8 May 1886. The organization is
following amended management and operation system that support the company to achieve their
goals in objectives in an appropriate manner. This report illustrate about role of managers and
leaders in the company in order to maintain the operations of the company in several department.
Along with this, this report going to illustrate about the types of leadership theories and concepts
that are used by the company in different situation. for the more it also going to contain several
