Nature of naturally occurring data
Methodology
As an employee of Coca-cola, I will use the inductive approach to collect the data in the
context of company issues. The inductive approaches enable me to collect the theoretical data
towards the research issue or problem of the organization. In addition, there are two kinds of
methods such as primary and secondary data collection method will use by me to pool the
adequate information towards the research dilemma (Nicolson, 2015). Moreover, the primary
data collection method is used to collect the fresh data towards the research issues. It
considers survey through a questionnaire, observation, and interview method to collect the
primary data. Besides this, the secondary data collection method helps to gather the
theoretical understanding towards the research issues including many sources such as books,
journals, articles, and online sources. On the other side, I used the self-awareness tool to
critically analysis my personality. In addition, I also implied different types of sources like
conversations, emails, corporate artifacts to collect the appropriate data. As a result, I can be
able to improve the financial performance of an organization in predetermining time and cost.
Moreover, Myers-Brigs Type Indicator tool is implied by me to improve my personality
systematically (Warwick, 2014).

MBTI (Myers-Brigs Type Indicator) is effective self-awareness approach that is established
by Carl Jung. This approach considers certain factors such as sensation, intuition, feeling, and
thoughts. It helps me to find out the methods by which an individual can make a perception

Threats
On the other hand, it can also be addressed that robust regulatory environment can be a major
issue for me because it can negative impact on the growth of the business. As an employee, I
have also threat of low compensation due to the higher competitive environment, which can
affect my performance. In addition, it is also analyzed that an employee is also mandated to
make a positive relationship with consumer for enhancing the productivity of organization
that can also be a major threat for me. Beside this, it is also stated that I consider each factor

MANAGEMENT PERSPECTIVES
Explain how managers can manage effective relationships with them to motivate,
manage and lead them to a preferred decision outcome
Organisational Fit
From the analysis of SWOT, I observed that I have many qualities that can help to sustain me
in the workplace. As an employee of Coca-cola, I am capable to handle a large number of
employees and shareholder in less time and cost. It can positively influence the growth and
productivity of Coca-Cola. I have also higher social competencies that can help me to make
an effective relationship with clients. As a result, I can be able to get the feasible result and
sustain my position at the workplace for long-term (Stadtler, 2015). I have also creative
leadership style by which I can inspire a large number of employees towards their work.
Consequently, employees are able to accomplish the specified goal of the organization in less
time and cost. Hence, it can be said that the leadership style can help me to improve my
productivity and organizational performance in limited time. Moreover, I have also the ability
to take a prompt decision in oppose to the situation. As a result, I am able to retain my place
in Coca-Cola. Beside this, it is also analyzed that there are different factors such as lack of
communication skills, lack of investment-related decision, and investment philosophy
procedure that can force me to leave the position of Coca-Cola. In addition, I have used many
strategies to eliminate my weakness and sustain my position in long-term (DiPaola, et al.,
2014).
Techniques and strategies to communicate effectively to a culturally diverse range of
stakeholders
Diversity can be an important factor that can positive impact on the growth of business and
operates the business process in the right direction. The diversity can occur in different
culture and interest of shareholders. Coca-Cola can use many strategies such as recognition,

cola (Bolman, et al., 2017). An organization can recognize the differences between
shareholders and celebrate their differences in a positive manner due to operating the
business in an effective manner. In addition, it is also evaluated that the strategy of diversity
can be strength for an organization because it enables the organization to fairly treat with a
shareholder that can make a positive image in the shareholder mind. As a result, the company
can gain their productivity for long-term. Through diversity strategy, the company can
evaluate the performance of shareholder and lead them to accomplish the goal of an
organization. On the other side, it is stated that it can offer the opportunity to the Coca-Cola
to gain their profitability in less time and cost (Stadtler, 2015). Diversity strategy can also
enable the organization to evaluate their policy and activities regarding the shareholder due to
attracting a large number of consumers and shareholder in less time. It can be a favorable
impact on the financial condition of Coca-Cola. In addition, once an organization identifies
the diversity issue at the working place then they can discuss with shareholders in a non-
confrontational way. Through this strategy, the company can enable the employee to give
their contribution at the workplace due to getting the feasible result. In addition, it can also be
said that the diversity of strategy cannot a negative impact on the growth of business
(Goetsch, et al., 2014).
Conclusion
From the above interpretation, it can be concluded that employee plays a significant role in
the organization. It is also analyzed that MBTI and SWOT analysis method can be imperative
for evaluating my personality. Moreover, it can also be summarized that a employee can
improve their weaknesses and retain their position in long-term. Finally, it is evaluated that
the cultural diversity can be effective to enhance the performance of an organization.
