Omni channel marketing plays a vital role as in
this type of marketing campaign, companies main
goal is to make sure that customers’ interaction
with brand is consistent. Brand mainly focuses on
satisfying customers’ need. In regard to
effectiveness of Coca-Cola’s brand omni channel
marketing campaign, it can be said that through
this campaign and by posting some attractive
images on Instagram and other social media
platforms, kit attracted numbers of customers. It
has maintained a healthy presence social media
and in three ways it has kept itself front of mind
for customers such as:
