Conflicts of Interest - The suppliers of the company are
prohibited from indulging in any act, or association, related to
money or otherwise, with any of the employees of the organization

Gifts, Meals and Entertainment - The suppliers are prohibited
from giving anything apart from meal, humble gifts or recreation to
the employees of Coca-Cola.
