includes concentrates and syrups and also some alcoholic beverages. It is a multinational
company who deals in beverages and serve the areas all over the world with the help of their
large staff of approximately it is 86200 employees. This project contains the aims and objectives
of the project on which the whole project plan will be based and contains a project management
plan to identify various important aspects that has been covered in project management plan. To
prepare a proper structure for the plan Gantt chart and work breakdown structure has also been
discussed in this report. To conduct a research on the aims and objectives identified above it also
contains the various methods that has been used for the purpose of research and the tools that has
been used to provide appropriate findings and data from the research. In the end this report
contains performance review plan of the project to identify the deviations of the plan.
