This Code of Conduct policy is designed to outline the standard of behaviour expected by employees of Complete
Business Solutions Australia (CBSA).
Policy
The policy is designed to ensure the workplace is having sincere and punctual employees who will be maintaining
workplace serenity and culture. The employees of CBSA are expected to adhere to be inclusive and honest in terms
of their service rendering and treatment to customers. The five important pillars that hold our values and integrity
are inclusion, honesty, accountability, sustainability and professionalism. The staffs are expected to adhere and
abide the basic policies of the company and breaching which can lead to serious actions taken against the guilty.
Procedures
The procedures of being sincere and punctual with workplace policies and code of conduct engulfs certain areas to
be considered important:
Dedication- Employees must ensure dedication to their roles and responsibilities in the company and service given
to customers. The working enthusiasm of employees will ensure productivity and benefits for the entire
organisation.
Honesty- It is necessary for every staff in the company to be honest and transparent with their behaviour and not
indulge in unlawful acts that can hamper their respect and position in the company.
Respectful- The employees are expected to respect each other in the organisation and maintain professional
relation integrity without being indulgent to personal affairs.
