place as people try to escape from the daily stress of life. This is a comfortable place where
people can meet with friends and family members. This is a beautiful coffee shop that provides
the great service. The coffee bar is esteemed to have repeat customers. The shop is well-prepared
through which it will be offering its customers with pastries and provides them with free books
that can be read during their visit.
Task 1
1. Business Plan
The coffee shop plans to become selected as best coffee bar through local guides. The
company will try to maintain the profits from its first three months of operation and maintain at
least 55 to 60 percent of gross margin. The meeting plan highlights the store design that will be
attractive to customers and that has been designed for the effective and fast operations.
Employee training has been provided for providing the best coffee techniques (Domingues,
Alderman & Cadenhead, 2011). The solid marketing strategies have been created to increase the
customer base and maximize the revenue from the high end products like espresso drinks.
