Quality Management Plan
1. Introduction
A quality management plan helps in determining the quality, policies and procedures that
are relevant to the project. In this coffee house launch project, the responsibility of preparing a
plan for quality management is given to the project manager. Preparing and documenting a
quality management plan is needed to define the quality level that is acceptable and that is
generally specified by the customers, which in turn helps in ensuring the level of quality that

2.4. Quality Roles and Responsibilities
The responsibility of quality management plan is given to the project manager and the
quality control supervisor. Along with that, the inspection by the health department is one
necessary step for ensuring that a project of appropriate quality is delivered.
2.5. Planning the reporting of quality control and assurance problems
As per the plan, the quality checks will be done in a regular manner by the quality control
officer and any issues in delivery of project of appropriate quality will be reported to the project
manager.
3. Rationale
It is necessary to develop a quality management plan as it helps the manager of a project
