Coffee pup is a partnership organization in which there will be two partners. Both
partners have a business degree from a reputed university. They have worked at the other coffee
shop when perfecting in their craft of over 5 years and have made positive local reputation woth
the coffee enthusiasta in market. Aside from two partners overseeing upper management
responsibilities and duties, they will employ around 10 to 12 baristas, 4 to 5 shift manager, and 2
social media and website manager.

Exsiting competition in market uses a lower grade beans and inexpensive equipment and
