In this jeopardised business environment, the organisations are constantly struggling to stable their market environment through the support of
profitable as well as productive line. In this case, I have planned to start a coffee shop. I know that a successful coffee shop or cafe is the major
cornerstone of the community. I will start this shop nearby the university premises, where students can easily get their choice through support of
one touch service. I have planned to accelerate this business in online mode to get maximum customer support. In order to operate this I have to
structure the business model in an effective way.

In the Coffee shop business procedure, the mangers have to maintain strong relation with the stakeholders, who are employee, customers,
government and other authorities. In this case, the key partners are referred to the business authorities, who are responsible to accelerate the
business in a structured channel. As our business will run through the support of Mobile app and direct sales, the key partners are the third party
individuals, who are responsible for payment and data registration. PayPal is the key partners for online payment process. In this start up

business process, three types of activities are important such as B2B and B2C. Through proper marketing tactics with the customers, the business
growth objectives can be achieved. In case of online business platform, we have to prepare posters and other things for marketing. Therefore,
software development is also a part of our business activities. In the daily life, the students cannot get proper time to make and drink coffee and
we can deliver it to the customers whenever required (Joyce and Paquin, 2016). Therefore, we can provide the time saving business product. On
the other hand, customer segment and relationship is linked here. As the current shop will be opened at university premises, we have to take
students as a part of our first priority customer. Through proper segmentation, we can spread our business motto. Through the support of word of
Mouth initially we can make our consumer relationship. In this case, Mobile app and direct sale is the primary channel of our business through
which, we will reach our customers. In the segment of cost structure, proper balance is required within assets and liability. And primary cost is
related to structure the customer base. Now the revenue can be generated from both received and ordered price and also advertising can be
source of another income.
