Identification of mission: The mission of the Coffeeville chain is to welcome all the consumers and serve
them tasty as well as quality food products so that they can compete to rest of the similar types of
organizations.
Vision: The vision of the company is to get all the people together so that they can enjoy each other’s
company. In other words, the chain is focused on weaving positive relationship as well as experiences
among the consumers. Moreover, they are aimed to promote the common humanity by improving the
lives of the guests.
Both mission and vision are important for the business success and in addition to this strategy is another
important part which is also crucial for the commercial success of the business organization. All the

If he or she is good performer then I would discuss to the owner about this issues and make sure that
she or he is given a flexible time period. Not only is this but also even if sometime he or she needs to
