Recruitment, selection are the process which are needed by the organisation whenever
they feel the need of staff recruitment. In order to complete this assignment an authenticate
business which are related to policies of the CoffeeVille. This restaurant was open in 2009, by
Emma and Rufus in order to satisfied the customer satisfaction (King, Roed and Wilson, 2018).

weekends, to improve the staff functions and to celebrate the CoffeeVille anniversary.
Recruitment is processed, and for this managers of Cafe are needed to make some completing the
demand of customer which are arises day by day (Collins, 2017). Some of the shortlisted
candidates and their profile are reviewed for the further selection process.

1. Mr. latin- He is applied for the post of barista. He is an junior attendee in any other
organisation and able to work for a day in the given time period.
2. Miss riya- she is applied for the post of cafe assistant. She is completed her graduation in
management and now search for the job which are increase her experience. She has good
communication skill which are helpful for the cafe.
3. Terry Christine- She is applied for cafe assistant, completed her graduation from
commerce field. Good teamwork style and known many other languages.
4. Denny jam- He is applied for cafe assistant. He know basic details of management but
having knowledge about the coffee-making recipe and many other dishes which are
required for cafe in future.
5. Jessica clare- she is reported for the post of cafe assistant. She has a working experience
of 6 months in an London based restaurant. She know about the catering services very
well.
6. Kavin Doe- He is applied for the post of a barista. As he is currently working in a cafe
and due to the reason of lack of money. As per the requirement of cafe he is fulfilling all
the requirement and need of barista (Dunn and et.al., 2020).
7. Samantha Janseen- she is applied for the busgirl position within our cafe. She has a
nature of kindness and supportive. She is understanding and kindly knowledgeable for
the vacant post.
8. Sam Young- He is applied for the post of barista within cafe as the need of barista. He is
an enthusiastic person with full of energetic vibes and decent look.
9. Alka jan- She is applied for bus girl. Which is a part time job and applicable for the post

For the post of Barista
For this relevant post the selected candidates are Mr. Latin and Sam Young. Hey both are
applicable for the post and invited for the desired post and interview process in cafe. These two
are appointed after conducting interview and selected for the post of job interview. Other two are
being rejected in the starting phase of selection.

Alex calvino and samantha Janseen are the two one who are selected for the post of bus
