To study about the impact of meditation based strategy on improving sleep quality and reduce
stress among adult people.
In this article, there is discussion about ways through which there are less possibilities of problems
related with stress and sleeplessness. As there are many people who are suffering from health
issues, so with the help of this study, it will be clear that people will get more health benefits. There
must be use of strategies such as meditation, Mantram repetition, sleep techniques, etc. with the
help of problems in sleep can be reduced. Due to stress, there is many other problems which arise
on their health.

In order to conduct this investigation, there must be use of quality index which is considered under
quasi- experiment is used. There is use of self reported questionnaire through which information
will be conducted by 35 individuals. There are two prospects which are studied i.e. Mantram

repetition of Mantram in five weeks then individuals can deal with their stress problem with non
Pharmacological ways. There are many individuals who are suffering from stress and non
sleeplessness such as improper working performance, other health issues, etc. due to which they
are not able to represent themselves properly.

situations which cause stress.
