Background:
The key aim of this study is to find out the role of cognitive therapy in borderline personality
disorders. The borderline personality disorder is improved by considering many tools that are
known the focused therapy, transference focused psychotherapy, dialectical behavior therapy,
and cognitive-behavioral therapy.
Objective:
The key aim of this study is to examine how much cognitive therapy is effective in borderline
personality disorders improvement.
Methods and Materials
In this study, the researcher considered a quantitative method caused by collecting numerical
information about the research matter. This tool is effective in getting reliable information about
the research issue. The study has conducted on 15 people by interview method.
Results:
The collected result demonstrated that cognitive therapy positively impacting on the borderline
personality.
Conclusions:
This report depicted that the application of cognitive therapy is imperative in the treatment of
borderline personality disorder with respect to pharmacological treatment. The therapist might
choose the most imperative kind of cognitive model on behalf of its patient’s analysis, treatment
time as well as available sources.

the researcher to me the decision towards the matter. Apart from this, the qualitative method is
practiced to get the data by conducting the face to face interview with the selected people. In
this, the researcher has considered the quantitative method because this method is more suitable
as compared to other methods. In this, the researcher has selected the interview tool which
facilitates the researcher to directly mete with the selected participates and know-how cognitive
therapy is effective in improving borderline personality disorder. Thus, it can be stated that this
study method could also be permitted to get reliable information and conducting the study in an
effective manner.

The sampling tool assists to a researcher for selecting suitable candidates to perform the study
and make an effective decision towards matter (Kumar, 2019). The sampling tool could consider
different methods named as a probability as well as a non-probability sampling tool (Flick,
2015). The selection of the sampling method and the sample size has relied on the nature of the
study. In this study, a probability sampling tool is practiced by the researcher caused the
declining probability of biasness from the study. For conducting this study, 15 psychologies have
been selected and know-how cognitive behavior affecting to the borderline personality disorder.
The selected psychologies have been selected from the different regions caused by getting
diverse results towards the matter.

The researcher considers many materiels as or measures at the time of conducting the research
named an interview, number of questions, and people on which the study will be conducted.

cultural context wherein the candidate shaped herself across the nation.
Data Analysis
For evaluating the collected information, the researcher will select the quantitative data
evaluation tool. This tool supported to examine data by presenting the data by graphs, tables, and
charts (Bresler & Stake, 2017). The researcher has considered correlation and regression by
which the data will be evaluated. In this, SPSS, as well as MS Excel software, will be considered
