1. Introduction
The All-Sports Sports Club is a club that can offer various type of activity for the their
members and also a wide range of sporting activities for their members. The club also
publishes a weekly newsletter for their members. The newsletters are distributed to the,
members of the club. For the distribution of the newsletters the company as spend a lot of
money. Hence, the club president is looking to implement a new information system for the
club that will provide all the necessary information about the system.
This project provides the detailed information about the system that is to be
implemented for the club. The report provides the details about the approach that is
adopted for the implementation of the system and the proposed design. The analysis for the
project has also been provided in the report. In addition to this the stakeholder analysis and
the investigation methods have also been provided in the report.
2. Approach to Systems Development
2.1 Existing system of the All-Sports Sports Club
In the existing system of the club the club publishes the newsletters in every week on
Wednesdays that covers the topics related to the activities that took place form Monday to
Sunday of the previous week. Majority of the members of the club receive the newsletter in
their email addresses, but certain members have not provided their email addresses to the
club and hence the newsletters have to be delivered to the mail addresses in their home.
This process involves additional staffs for the club to involve in this process. Hence, the All-
Page 1

Sports Sport Club is required to send extra money in the distribution process. The president
is required to handle a large number of word processor and spreadsheet programs that
wastes the time and also incurs a lot of cost for the club.
2.2 The proposed system
The proposed system involves the implementation of the information system that
would provide the information about the members of the newsletters that are distributed
by the cub. In addition to this, the system would be able t store the information about the
members and their details. The system would provide various type of information about the
newsletter such as the date of publishing, tile, of the articles. Additionally, information
about the advertisement made for the newsletters are also provided in the system.
2.3 Selected approach for the system development
The selected approach for the implemented system development is the agile
methodology. The agile model involves the iterative procedures for the implementation of
the information system (Turk, France and Rumpe, 2014). This method would help the club
to respond to the situation by the incremental and iterative processes. The model would be
very necessary for the implementation of the system as the system would be require
repetitive testing procedures before it can be uploaded on the domain for the club.
3. Systems Requirements
The system requirements for the Information system that is be implemented is of
two types:
Functional requirements
Non-Functional Requirements

3.1Functional requirements
The functional requirements for the system are (Jansen et al. 2015):
Listing all the members of the club and also providing information about the
sports they play.
Listing all the articles that are to be published in the newsletters
The information about the advertisement that are published in the newsletter
are to be provided by the system
The system should also provide information about the members with the mail
addresses and also the members without the mail addresses.
3.2Non-Functional Requirements
The non-Functional Requirements for the system are:
The system should be reliable and the data for the users should be securely stored in te
system.
The system should also be flexible and should also be both scalable and system should
be compatible on every platform.

6. System Information Requirement Investigation Techniques
6.1 Stakeholders Analysis
There are two type of stakeholder associated with the system(Maric 2013): Internal Stakeholders: The internal stakeholders associated with the system are the
owner of the company, the president of the club, and the staffs of the club. External Stakeholders: The external stakeholders of the system are the members of
the club and the business analyst that would be performing the analysis of the
system of the company.
6.2 Investigation Techniques
The investigation techniques that are involved with the analysis: Feedback technique: The feedback system would enable the president to provide
feedbacks for the system and the system can be redesigned based on the feedback
provided by the president (Soylu et al. 2016). Query Technique: The query technique would help the system to provide the
information about the members who have the email addresses and the members
who have not provided email addresses (Lemmon 2014).
7. Reflections and Conclusions
The president of the All-Sports Sport Club is looking to implement an information
system for the club. I am the business analyst of the High voltage company and I have been
asked to perform an analysis on the system and implement a system for the club.

For conclusion it can be said that the All-Sports Sport Club Is looking to implement an
information system. This project provides the detailed information about the system that is
to be implemented for the club. The report provides the details about the approach that is
adopted for the implementation of the system and the proposed design. The analysis for the
project has also been provided in the report. In addition to this the stakeholder analysis and
the investigation methods have also been provided in the report.
