1. Introduction
John Smith is the Chairman of UNICEF Child Care. The institution is governed by group of people. Headquarter of the institution is
placed in Sydney, Australia. The organisation also has five branches in Australia in Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Rock Hampton. They
cater caring for the underprivileged children who ages range between six weeks and thirteen. They provide food and other services to those
children. Teachers and nannies are also provided by the institution to the children. The children’s parents who want UNICEF’s service will have
to enrol at UNICEF’s website and the parents can enjoy the service simply by paying minimal fees through the online portal of the UNICEF
Child Care.
UNICEF Child Care has several objectives-
ï‚· To design an online platform so that the employee staff across five centres of the institution can communicate with one other all
day and night 24x7
ï‚· To maintain the stock level of the inventory across five centres of UNICEF Child Care
ï‚· To forward annual statement to the parents of the children
ï‚· To send thanks message to the parents who prefer to pay the fess online

2. The Approach to Systems Development
UNICEF Child Care needs to assign an IT team. The IT team will develop the cloud ERP software. The cloud ERP will be deployed over
the cloud platform. UNICEF can be largely benefitted implementing the software. They need to host the cloud ERP software over the cloud
platform so they need to take up the cloud vendor services. Microsoft and Amazon are known to provide quality cloud solutions. Amazon AWS
or Microsoft Azure can be a good option for the ERP software.
The software can give them several benefits. The employees of the organisation can communicate with one other. The administrators can
communicate with the employees across the five centres- Brisbane, Rock Hampton, Gold Coast, Melbourne and Sydney. The admin of UNICEF
can keep track of the supplies items and can be able to order as per requirements. Therefore, cloud ERP implementation is absolute necessity for
UNICEF. UNICEF Child Care must create IT team as that will facilitate their business in the long run. The IT developer team will develop the
software. The IT support team will implement and configure the software. The IT support team will train the admin as well as employees and
will assist so that they can use the software effectively.
3. Systems Requirements
System Requirements for UNICEF Child Care can be branched into functional requirements and non-functional requirements.
i. The IT team must configure the cloud ERP software in real time. The integrated system is relied upon constant updates

The non-functional requirements for UNICEF Child Care-
i. The cloud ERP must be crafted in such a way so that the employees and admin staff can find it convenient to use the software
ii. The IT team will have to make sure that the cloud ERP software get restored comfortable after it crashes.
iii. The in-house IT team must make sure that the software is safe and secured to use. They will have to implement certain measures so that the
software does not hacked.
