Part A:
The activity in the presentation done by the team has used the skills for verbal
communication and to listen effectively. I was able to clearly perform my role that has enhanced
my skill in the presentation for the unit, and by using the skills in the class, I can present well.
The assignment that was given to write a report has a case study which I have read very carefully
so that I can understand the exact scenario and based on that I can prepare academic documents
and develop the work. We have worked in a group for the presentation, and with this, our team
could improve the ability to work. It has also improved the interpersonal skills of our team which
was very helpful to bring an outcome. Even in the portfolio 3, we were able to understand the
legal, private and social aspects with the ethical behaviours within the domain of the ICT and I
wish our team could receive a result which was finally successful. Though our countries, aspects
and cultural background are different, we worked as a group for the presentation. As we work in
group, I realize that we could achieve the goal that we wanted which was one of the best
examples that I could say in this unit were our team, and I had experienced a lot many
circumstances to know about the intellectual competency and diversity skills and work with such
students who are our teammates with varieties of cultures and has different background. In the
final unit of week 11, I had introduced some of the trendy and necessary communication and
technologies that are collaborative. Instantly, almost every time the social networking sites like
the WhatsApp, Facebook, Viber and lot more are used by everyone. Hence, in our organisation
presently we created a WhatsApp group and facebook group to communicate about the units
with the colleagues and update the activities and events that are going on within the organisation.

Part B:
In overall, the unit has provided a lot of support, and I have gained knowledge for the
development of professional skills and academic integrity. While going through this unit, I
realise that there is a lot of thing in this unit that the student can learn and it will also help in
finishing other units. Thus, this subject is the base for all the other subject because it can give us
knowledge and skill about the ICT professional and sharper our mind and achieve our goal
successfully. Moreover, with this unit, we have the experience to make new friends in the team
and share our skills and knowledge.
The unit contains a lot of academic resources that will be needed to complete the task in
our assignment and get the information that is relevant, and I had also learned to read the
meaning. I have selected relevant topics from the article and read it very carefully, and with it, I
could improve my skills in reading. I could even analyse the case study of the report writing and
had written the report according to it very carefully.
The learning outcome that I had to achieve in this unit with that I would suggest to others
even to add some more visual illustrations for the topics that will be easy for the student in
understanding the topic instead of getting the explanation.
