Description of Negative Experience
In making the assignment, I had started to research on the 3D Printing Technology with
my team members. While making the assignment at some point in time, there was conflict in
between the team members. We lacked information regarding the topic. Some of my team
friends were not satisfied with the topics that were selected. It was very difficult to manage the
opinion about the team as everyone had their view points. Nature, aspects and cultural
background are all different for each member. Also, I faced a problem with the internet
connection. At the point when there was very important research, we were doing on the topic.
The connections are either getting slow or disconnected. I was having communication with my
teammate through online medium. Due to bad connection sometime I could not be able to
communicate with the team. We use to have arguments most of the time due to that.
What exactly has done?
To overcome the situation, I spend a lot of time in meeting the team members as it was
important to complete the assignment. We need to achieve good marks in the report, and it will
help us in getting good jobs. If I avoid meeting them, then it would be difficult to complete the
assignment. Thus, it would be better to meet the members for better communication.
What have I learned from experience?
With this situation that has arisen, I have learned that technologies need to improve and
with it, I have communicated with the team and able to decide that in case if we are unable to
connect online, we will be using some offline mode to get connected to each other. With this, I
have slowly enhanced my skills and knowledge and ability to overcome the situation that has
arisen.

Now I am aware of the issues that have arisen which in future will not occur and create a
conflict between the teammate. The skills of communication have been improving through the
offline mode. As it is not always possible for the teammate to gather together and meet for
providing details of the information that has gathered for the assignment.
What can be done to handle the experience?
Professional skills would be more preferable to enhance my quality of learning. It will
help in improving the aspects of learning and gathering relevant information. I can enhance my
learning capability and improve the quality of my life. I would not face much conflict with my
teammate as also I would be able to complete my assignment. We have also preserved the
confidentiality and privacy of information that gathered for the assignment. I was aware of the
standards and legislation that are relevant to the organisation and thought of acting accordingly.
My ability to communicate with the team members has encouraged them to increase their effort
and develop their professional skill. This is going to support my ICT education and professional
development which would reflect the need for the individual to grow in their career paths.
